• Good price for the location and convenience.
• Suites are a bad choice.

“This is my second stay at this hotel. It is close to Santa Cruz and other local attractions. It has convenient freeway access, but you're not so close that the traffic noise is an issue. The price is fair. The free breakfast is not bad considering it's free. Don't get the suite. The regular rooms are fine. The suite has only 1 TV. and it can't be viewed from the bed area. The couches in the suites are very uncomfortable also.”

• Indoor pool, breakfast, convenient location.
• Parking not great, slow elevator.

“This hotel met all of our expectations for this trip. It was clean, staff was friendly, and we had no problems. The surrounding area had grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. I would stay there again.”

• Nice quality facility, good appearance, clean, indoor pool, breakfast.
• My rooms HVAC did not work.

“We have been here before and like it. The cost can very a lot depending on how you reserve the room. We got in late this time. So when the AC did not work, we just opened the windows. Unfortunately the air was smoky from regional fires and the street noise was a bother at times. Next time we will check the ac immediately and if needed complain. This time my wife was in bed before I realized it would not work. This issue will not keep me from coming back.”

• Nice location, excellent breakfast bufet, good view from the room.
• Limited parking, hotel short staffed during breakfast time. No one was in the front desk.

“Good value for your money, with good views from the room. Nice pool and spa.”

• Excellent staff, breakfast, and cleanliness.
• Location was noisy.

“This was an excellent hotel with helpful, friendly staff and clean rooms. Although rooms were basic, they were clean and comfortable. The breakfast served had a nice presentation and variety. The only complaint was that the hotel is located near a car repair shop and busy street that had noise early in the day.”
