• Staff were friendly and professional.
• This is a motel labelled as a resort. The swimming pool is uninviting .

“No views of Sedona. Room has sticky stuff on the table. Poor lighting in the room, especially the bathroom. Staff were friendly and professional. No amenities such as a nice restaurant or nice pool. They do have a small golf course and a few tennis courts, which we didn't use. This should not be described as a resort when it's a basic, decent motel. Gene, in concierge, was friendly and helpful.”

“This is a nice clean hotel. Looks like it was recently remodeled, but it still has the aged feel to it. Otherwise comfortable room and very nice views. Quite, nice setting overlooking the golf course.”

• Great location to Sedona and for golfers, hotel is on golf course.
• Rated as a resort and rather dated to be a resort. The Hilton Resort is nicer. My husband did not like the sleep number bed.

“Great hotel for golfers and great location to Sedona. Rated as a resort but not as nice as the Hilton Resort. More like a 4 star deluxe hotel.”

• it advertise as a resort; it was definitely not a resort.

“after a long drive from grand canyon to sedona, az; the hotel accomodations experience was disappointed. the hotel is really out dated from the outside like a "motel 6". our family is not picking but this place is definitely need improvement to qualify their rate as resort. just because of the golf course, it does not mean a resort. i would not stay there again. Also, the room service food was horrible and expensive. Sedona, AZ is such an amazing city but too bad this hotel experience makes me think twice any future traveling hotel booking. i recommed this hotel to remove advertisment of "resort" to avoid future disappointment for other travelers.”

• Staff was
  more than helpful in finding a lost sweater.
• It is more like a glorified motel, Internet didn't work.

“The bed was clean and comfortable, everything was clean, but the internet did not work and event the technician couldn't get it to work. No coffee is available in the lobby, the pool looked very clean and nice, the grounds were very attractive. The staff bent over backwards to return a favorite sweater that we left behind.”

• The rooms were nice but the view was limited.
• They lied to us and they did not follow through.

“We had 3 couples and asked for the same rooms by each other near the golf coarse. They only gave us one which caused some hard feelings. So we arranged for them to move us the next two days. They lied to us, because there was room available but they gave the other two way in back with no view. They were not happy and we are in trouble with them...no we are not happy!!! They did not work with us and they treated us as if we were no one!”

• Friendly, helpful staff. The grounds, mostly golf course, was beautiful and the food was good. The bed was great.
• Our room was older (1960 decor), cottage cheese ceiling and old style bathroom.

“Beautiful ground and helpful staff. The bed in our room was great but the rest of the room (bathroom, TV etc.) was old style and should not be called 3 star plus.”

• The desk clerk was an absolute delight!
• I found two dead cockroaches in my bathroom upon check in.

• The room with the Jacuzzi tub was very nice and romantic.
• The Jacuzzi tub jets didn't work, nor did some of the lighting.

“A very nice hotel in a great location. This was a great value. The room was clean and spacious, and with the Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, it was also very romantic. On the downside, the Jacuzzi part of the tub didn't function and several of the light bulbs in the room were burnt out. The staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our visit.”

• The room was clean and attractive.
• I did not like that the spa was housed in the old tennis building, which was in need of serious updating.

“Our expectations were definitely not met and we feel like we overpaid. The amenities that one would expect in a resort Caliber Hotel are just not there. The overall facilities, hallways, tennis area are in need of updating.”

• The front desk staff
  was good.
• Very difficult to find the lobby. It was not well marked and there's construction which makes it even more difficult.

“In general, I would consider this hotel to be about average. The villa was very nice, right on the golf course so the view was wonderful. We only stayed for one evening so didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the rest of the amenities.”

• Beautiful Room with Fireplace.
• Access from highway which is under construction. This in NOT the hotel's fault. Once on the property it was a wonderful experience.

• The staff was all cheerful, friendly, and helped make our stay comfortable.
• Not happy with the mattress. Would prefer old fashion good mattress. Also, no game room in hotel.

“Lovely hotel, good food and excellent service in restaurant. Clean room. Desk people went out of their way to set up a game table for us in the bar because there was no game room. We and our friends, who also stayed there, like to play games in the evenings.”

• Wonderful pool and good hot wings.
• Can't park near room. No microwave in room.

“The rooms were just hotel rooms, but very nice with sleep number mattresses. (One which didn't work well.) We loved the pool. We swam while it snowed! Bathrooms with showers by the pool.”

• Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was lovely.
• Hotel restaurant (T Carls) was disappointing. Food was mediocre at best.

“We were very pleased with the room, and the helpfulness of the front desk staff. The only thing we missed in our room was a microwave. On our last evening we dined in the hotel restaurant and were sorry we did. Our food was mediocre - ribs were fatty and bland, steak was tough, veggies rubbery. I thought mine came with sauteed spinach, but it looked like wilted mixed green salad lettuce. But other than the restaurant, our stay was lovely.”

• The heated pool was excellent!
• Can't park near room. No microwave in room.

“I didn't know what to expect, since this was a resort. It was just a hotel room, with a mini-fridge. No microwave. But the room was
very nice and the beds had sleep number mattresses. The view off of the back porch was nice. The staff were very nice. We ended up getting a foldaway bed and they didn't charge us! The food we had delivered to our room was pretty good, but the kids didn't like the pizza much. The outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi really made our stay worthwhile. We loved it. Even though it was cold outside and raining the whole time, the pool was great!”

• Even though we were close to places it felt private.
• Parking was difficult, some difficulty getting a space.

“Very beautifully decorated, staff friendly, accommodation nice, has sleep number beds but couldn't get mine to work but other beds worked fine. Grounds were beautiful, good restaurant. Overall really nice.”

• I liked the staff, they were great.
• It felt as though an old motel 6 had been converted!

“We were not impressed with the various buildings that the rooms were in. It was a hike to the room which outside was a complete disappointment. It was not a resort hotel at all. The pool was a 2 star hotel pool. We were disappointed and would not want to stay again.”

• The room and surroundings were beautiful.
• The outside of the hotel looks kind of worn and the bed was hard as a rock.

“The staff was great. We were updated to a room with a spa at no extra charge. The restaurant was fantastic and the view around the hotel is amazing. Also, the hotel is in a great location very close to shopping, hiking, and tourist attractions.”

• The rooms had a sleep number bed.
• The outward appearance of the hotel looked more like a motel.

“When we first drove up to the hotel we thought we had turned into the wrong place. It looked like an old motel. The service was average but the rooms were decent and I did like the fact that the room had a sleep number bed. There was no mini bar, the lights didn't work the first time we walked in and the shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles were not replenished each day when the room was cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• For the price, the bed was uncomfortable, and the food was absolutely terrible.

“We were extremely disappointed with the bed in the room. My boyfriend and I slept really bad. We ate in the restaurant and it was terrible. Slow, expensive and tasted bad. We waited an hour for room service and it was cold, and disgusting. We would never stay at the Radisson again.”

• The renovation job was snotty.

“For the price, I expected a really nice resort. I was disappointed. The renovation job was snotty. The bathtub in our room was old and dirty. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The carpet had all kind of debris on it and the bathroom had a dirty Q-tip on the floor which tells me they hadn't mopped. There was also a sticker from a banana stuck to the night stand. I don't think much care is put into the cleaning of the rooms. Aside from all that, the new modern look of the furniture and bedding is nice. I probably wouldn't stay here again, though.”

• Excellent restaurant food and service.
• No view, large Jacuzzi - would have preferred extra space or view.

“Room tried for ambience but lacked completion. Housekeeping failed to provide all bed linens - left all pillows end of bed without linens that client had to call for and to put on. Menu was on bed but bed not completed. Poor attention to detail. Great restaurant, food and customer service. Disappointed - expected better room with view.”

• Decorative appeal, terry robes supplied, 2 bottles water provided every day.
• Room too dark, two lights out, chair broken, hair dryer broken.

“Room is nicely decorated, but it had the feel of a motel. Too dark, light switches not connected to any lights, two reading lights over bed broken, desk chair broken, hair dryer broken, closet door off the track, slow desk service. Sleep number beds have dials set opposite, so you think you are changing one side, but it's affecting the other side.”

• Staff upgraded us, was friendly and helpful. Food was outstanding. The room was current and comfortable. Parking was convenient to most or all rooms.
• Poor appearance from the main road was misleading. Computer in lobby was very outdated.

“Hotel is nice, comfortable, private & quiet. Staff is committed to resort service. Premises are nice and the restaurant patio is memorable. Premises has most or all accommodations people need or want.”

• Good location. Nice mini golf course. Friendly staff.
• Terrible massage therapist. I left after 10 minutes.

“We were very pleased. Ask for a room with a view of the golf course, otherwise you may be disappointed with a parking lot view. The restaurant patio was very nice; the food just ok. The hospitality of the staff was great! My main disappointment was a very inexperienced massage therapist.”

“Older resort, with only windows looking into parking lot, so you tend to keep your curtains closed, and we had then no light, and there wasn't a view anyhow.”
