• For the money, the room was spacious and comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful.
• The hotel was noisy and not extremely clean. The continental breakfast was bad so they tried to up sell frozen breakfast burritos.

“The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view. The staff was friendly and helpful. Stay away if you need a really quiet or romantic hotel, because there always people in the hallways and the hot tub is always packed. If you are in Steamboat just to hang out and/or ski and you just need a bedroom/bathroom, this is your place.”

• Leaving as soon as possible!
• Being charged for something we did not do!

“We were charged for smoking in a non-smoking hotel room when in fact we did not smoke in there. We were traveling with our infant son and would never smoke in the same room as him. When I disputed it with the front desk clerk and the owner, I was called a liar! I have filed a complaint with the corporate office and the Better Business Bureau and I urge fellow travelers to never frequent a Super 8 again! You just never know what kind of a charge you will incur!”

• The toilet was running at intermitted times.

“I didn't expect much from the Super 8, I was looking for something inexpensive-a place to flop. The room was ok; but noisy. My complaint is with the ridiculously cheap and worn linens and the bed from the Eisenhower administration. Continental Breakfast was kind of lame but what I expected.”

• Quiet, nice pool, comfortable.
• The cont. breakfast did not open at 6 am like advertised.

“It was a good place to stay, only problem was the free continental breakfast opened at 7:00 am and not 6;00 am as advertised This was a inconvenience because we were at a baseball tournament and had to leave motel at 6:45 am to play games at 8:00 am”

• Very Clean and freshly remodeled.
• The continental breakfast left a little to be desired.

“Nice place to stay. Clean and comfy, but the construction going on next door was a bit noisy and unsightly. But I am sure it is only temporary.”
