• The staff was helpful in unexpected ways at all times.

“I have stayed at this same hotel 3 times in the past 6 months and every time they surprise me with how well staffed and especially how clean they keep everything. It is probably because all the employees are from the Midwest.”

• Staff was friendly, accommodations were more than adequate, and loved the free internet in the business office.
• The coffee bar in the lobby only opened for a few hours and then closed.

• Convenient location to Mesa Convention Center, well-appointed rooms, lovely landscaping and friendly, and helpful staff.
• Restaurant not the same quality as hotel. Would have traveled with pets, but no pet policy. Could hear TV from adjacent room.

“This hotel is excellent for travelers attending business meetings in-house or conference in Mesa Convention Center which is located next door. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Double room is spacious, bright, and attractively furnished. Very comfortable. Small fridge. Large bathroom which is great for couples or doubles.”

• I liked the availability to the computer and bath products.

“The hotel have a warm and inviting entrance, all the amenities that you need, with exception of coffee in your room. Restaurant was open and servers were present. The pool was inviting and I felt very safe as a single female traveler at the hotel.”

“This hotel was clean and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. It has a nice fitness center and business center with 2 internet computers - sometimes not meeting the demand for computers. It has a good not great restaurant - good for breakfast and lunch. The pool also looked good, although I didn't use it. I would stay there again.”

“We went to a church sponsor event and we were pleases as to how the staff outlined our distinations for us without hesitation. Maped out Malls and restaurants for us, we had never traveled to AZ.”

• Very clean and well kept, location was awesome. Upper rooms had a beautiful view of the city.

• Free internet, printer available on main level, and mini-refrigerator.
• No microwave - that would have been very helpful.

“Excellent. We needed and used the internet several days of our stay, and the refrigerator. Very friendly staff and the help was so pleasant. Only thing we didn't have was a microwave, which would have been helpful as we were there 6 days.”

• Rowdy guests, little and inconvenient parking.

“This hotel has been refurbished since Marriot took it over, but it is in a bad area of Mesa and was having a motorcycle convention at the time I was there. This took all parking, and was loud and crude. There are few local restaurants, and this area is not good. A drunk tried to enter my room at 4 a.m. This was not a good stay.”

• We loved every aspect of this hotel, the room was great and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We will be back.
• There isn't one thing we didn't like.

• The view from the room they gave us.
• The decor was outdated.

“The staff at this hotel was friendly. The hotel was clean, although the interior of the rooms were outdated. We were on the seventh floor (on the side of the pool) with a very nice view which helped out stay. We spent very little time in the hotel and did not eat at the restaurant. For the price I paid I was very pleased.”

• Courteous staff. Cleanliness of the hotel in general. Loved staying each time I reserved a room.
• No complementary water. Options other than coffee should be offered. Like hot cocoa.

“I am still venturing at each stay at the hotel. My overall review about this place is excellent. Need to keep record of number of stays and plan a free night or two anywhere within the U.S. Just a suggestion. Keep up the good work.”

• Marriott runs a very professional operation and employees are very helpful and seem to take pride in their hotel.
• I have no complaints at all.

“Everything was in its place and ready upon arrival. The staff checked and double checked to make sure even the smallest details were in place. Example, a staff member went to the pool area to make sure there were plenty of towels available when I told him some of my grand children were coming to swim.”

• This is our favorite place to stay, so clean and love the beds.
• There is nothing we dislike about this hotel.

“We would choose the Marriott every time. It lives up to it's 3 star rating. It is clean, close to where we need to be when coming in from out of town, and they really do have the best beds in the business. Great night sleep and a very satisfactory stay.”

• Finding such a clean hotel is the exception rather than the rule.This hotel was as clean as you could find anywhere Thank you!.
• Can't think of any except maybe the parking was a little far.

• I loved the great service my family and I received, they were friendly as can be. Not to mention the room was emasculate.
• I had to automatically pay 150$ up front for any services which might be used during my stay. Its been a week now and I still have not been refunded.

“Overall this was one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed at for the price that I paid. The motel was wonderful in everyway. Thank you for the wonderful experience. The High towers.”
