• Great.
• At check in beer was offered to all other guest at check in and only water to myself and guest. It should have been made known it was available later.

• That they gave you free water or beer when you checked in!
• That there wasn't ice on every floor.

“This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Check in was quick, lobby was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. It did take awhile for it to cool off in the room, but then was fine. Front desk staff were very friendly. Its an odd location in my opinion, but is near many restaurants and the interstate. The only real complaint is that the elevator was slow! Otherwise it was a fine place to stay. Exceeded what I expected.”

• It was great from the word go. From the moment I checked everyone was very friendly and helpful.
• Nothing.

“I enjoyed this hotel very much. At the front desk they were friendly and helpful willing to assist in any way. Our room was very well kept the pool was lovely. It was just great all around.”

• It was clean, in safe area, with sufficient amenities.
• Room not ready at arrival, toilet ran, some kids noise.

“It's location was convenient and the amenities, pool, workout room, breakfast room, business computers and Wi-Fi access was very good. I would recommend this hotel and would return for a stay in the future.”

• The friendly staff upon check in and during the entire stay.
• Having to use a key to enter the building 24 hrs a day (except lobby doors) this is hard with luggage and little ones.

“The stay meets and exceeded our expectations. Amenities were great. Free beer or water at check-in. Free ice cream nightly from 8-10 pm. The hot breakfast bar was good. Overall very accommodating.”

• Free ice cream.
• We asked for a non-smoking room but it was on a smoking floor. It smelled awful.

“The free ice cream was a plus but I'd rather have them spend the ice cream money on a new vacuum. They should never consider a room on a smoking-allowed floor to be a non-smoking room. Cigarette smoke was everywhere and the room was very unpleasant.”

• The service was excellent - above and beyond.
• The elevators are very noisy and in some rooms, intrusive.

“This hotel's staff made our stay very enjoyable. The facilities are adequate and the delivery from Bennington's was a plus very convenient. I'd try to get a room away from the elevators, as they are noisy. Laundry facilities not sufficient to the size of the hotel, but it's nice that they are there. I had stay there again.”

• Fabulous rooms, newly decorated, great staff, great location.

“This hotel was excellent! When I first checked in, I was given a free beer and icecream. It very much exceded my expectations of a Holiday Inn Express. There is a spa on in the hotel and the rooms have marble counter tops and nice linens. Really exceptional experience.”

• It was clean and the breakfast buffet was open before 6am.
• There was no restaurant in the hotel.

• The hotel staff was very friendly and very accommodating.
• The room was a little small and smelled liked mildew.

“This hotel was smaller than I had anticipated. The rooms were smaller that anticipated. I expected that a small refrigerator would be in the room. I also like a hotel with a hot tub.”

• Hotel Clerk was friendly, smiled and liked her job, got us water to take with us, a very, very, clean hotel. Room very nice and comfy even with a 4 ye.
• breakfast would be nice to start at 5:15, now that we have to be early at the airport, but no biggy.

“we arrived tired from the Zoo Trip, had a little problem finding the hotel at first, then I called and we found it. the clerk was very friendly she really enjoys her job and it showed, she got us some water and told us how we get in and what the hotel had to offer, pool, laundry, eating places. she gave us a map from the area. my husband and I went up to the room on the second floor, the hotel was clean and I mean clean, the room the same, the bathroom even had lotion , soap and shampoo in case you forgot something. the beds were great, we had to queen beds, and they were really comfy, even our 4 year old grandson who we raise thought so. Him and I had a good time at the pool which was clean as well. it was one of my best stays in a hotel I had in a long time and I only can recommend it to anyone with kids or without. it was quit at nighttime and we got a goodnight sleep. Thanks”

• The breakfast, pool, parking, convenience, quiet neighborhood, good running area with little traffic, close to Moffitti Cancer Center.
• Didn't offer discount rate. When coming back to Moffitt Cancer Center.

“Very nice, quiet location with nearby convenience to shopping and food. Very pleasant staff. excellent breakfast. Nearby sidewalks made for an enjoyable run. Clean rooms with conservation measures in place.”

• It is well lighted and all rooms open to an inside hallway.
• There wasn't anything I didn't like about his hotel either of the times I've stayed there!

“This hotel seems always new. It looks fresh and smells fresh inside and out. It is wonderfully landscaped and has ample parking. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and quite comfortable. Located in the north Tampa area, it is an ideal location for the traveler who needs to stop prior to his destination.”

• Convenient for my purposes, has a new feeling to it, excellent staff including maids and custodians, lovely pool area.

“This hotel sits one block off Bruce B. Downs Blvd. in North Tampa, Fl. All rooms have interior entrances for security and amenities found in many 4 star hotels. The expansive continental breakfast is served for 3.5 hours. Free local newspapers are available at the desk. The staff is friendly and helpful no matter how late the check-in or early the check-out. It is my hotel of choice when I travel through that area of Florida.”
