• Price for a game weekend was amazingly low.
• Somewhat noisy window air conditioner.

“I was trying to find a decent hotel close to campus on a game weekend. What a nice surprise to see this hotel! The location was awesome and accommodations were pretty good. Will stay there again.”

• The staff went overboard to be helpful.
• The handle on the hot water in the bathroom was hard to turn.

“We were very surprised at the quality of hotel we received for the price. It was parent weekend at FSU and it was a game weekend too. All other hotels I called had tripled their rates with a 2 night minimum required. Our hotel was gorgeous and 1/3 of the price the other parents were paying at very "rough" hotels in the area.”

• Location and convenience.
• Only offered feather pillows (I have allergies).

“The hotel met my expectations. But, it is an older property and certain areas reflected its age (such as the condition of the furniture and elevator walls). Overall, it was clean and comfortable for its star level, and the staff was friendly and attentive. But do not expect more than its star level.”

• Staff very friendly and helpful.
• Only 1 elevator. It was closed on 1st floor for a few hours to refinish the lobby floor.

“Good for business traveler. Verify room price at check-out. Hotel charged me $20 per day more confirmation price. Hotel made adjustment quickly.”
