“The elevators were terrible and being on the 9th floor, stairs were not an option and when brought to the front desk's attention. The response was : we are sorry, we are working on it. We spent almost 2 hours waiting for elevators. The carpeting in the room was very dirty.” Jul 14, 2008 by
Sara from San Leandro, CA
“The hotel is very near to LAX. Room is big enough for us and 3 big suitcases. The hotel is non-smoking but for the first we got, we could smell the smoke. Called the reception if we could change it and got a new room with no smell. Staff was friendly. The only thing I don't like about this hotel is that they charge parking fee of $13 per day even though you're hotel guest.” Jul 9, 2008 by
Lisa from Kailua, HI
“I had called ahead to ensure that my dog (German shepherd) would be welcome. I was told he would be but when I arrived, I was told otherwise. The clerk agreed to make an exception since he would be there for just a few hours. The staff was very professional in resolving the mix-up at the eleventh hour. The property itself was fine and I enjoyed my stay and the sleep number bed was very comfortable.” Jun 30, 2008 by
Angela from Salinas, CA
“The hotel had installed a water system that controlled the hot water. The system did not work it was either very hot or very cold. The noise from the airport made it unbearable to sleep. The facilities were dirty and in need of maintenance.” Jun 16, 2008 by
Sara from Santa Clara, CA
“This place had the feel of a formerly nice place that had lost its heart. Even the chandaliers had broken crystals hanging down. The elevators were a mess - several were completely broken, others refused to stop on certain floors. The last straw was when the next guests were trying to come into the room prior to our even checking out. Sadly they didn't speak English so they were quite confused. When we did checkout and complained the desk clerks were also confused because the computer said the room was already clean and ready. There was no receipt available and they don't know where our restaurant charges went to. I'll take back all my complaints if I never get charged.” Jun 16, 2008 by
Dan from Pleasant Grove, UT
“I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life. The staff was rude and not willing to help. We had to wake up the Valet twice to get our car and the elevators did not work most of the time.” Jun 16, 2008 by
Allison from Upland, CA
“Close to lax. Free shuttle. Room was pretty nice.” Jun 8, 2008 by
Melissa from Vancouver, WA
“This Hotel is beautiful in the lobby. The rooms are in need of repair! We had to move twice and meet people on the elevator with the same experience. They never cleaned the bathroom and it had dirty washrags and cups from the people before us.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.May 26, 2008 by

“Close to Lax and townie things shops food etc. Use the free trolley service to negotiate the Manhattan beach local.” May 25, 2008 by
Pat from Tamuning, AP
“I expected more from Radisson. Pool area not attended to and room service food not consistent.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.May 21, 2008 by

“This is perfect hotel for in and out of Los Angeles. Close enough to freeway for quick access to different areas, and next to airport for the late arrivals/early departures.” May 20, 2008 by
Amy J. from Overland Park, KS
“Great, overall. Prices in the gift shop and restaurant, though, seemed a bit overpriced. Otherwise, it was great. I upgraded to an executive suite. The sleep number beds were just all right, noisy!” May 19, 2008 by
Steve from Jersey City, NJ
“Hotel was close to the airport, room was nice and comfortable. The TV was very old and did not fit the modern look of the room. The parking garage reader was not working so in an out privileges were a mess having to validate the ticket each time at the (slow) lobby.” May 18, 2008 by
Joy from Kapaa, HI
“This hotel is dirty, badly run, staff cranky, customers angry. Our toilet in our room was used and unflushed. How bad is that? The pick up driver was surly and refused to tell us he made an extra stop at a different hotel. We got off and just caught him to get back on. The waiting time at reception for a room key at 3 PM was an hour. They say they give you your room free if you're dissatisfied. I didn't want to even think about standing in that line.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.May 8, 2008 by

“I would stay again!” May 8, 2008 by
Chuck from Underhill, VT
“If you need to stay near the airport, this is a great hotel. Rooms are very soundproof-couldn't hear the planes from lax at all, even though the airport was within walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool area was clean and well maintained. And sleep by number beds is always great.” May 4, 2008 by
Bill from Knoxville, TN
“Overall, a good hotel that has an excellent location to LAX, great for business travel.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.May 3, 2008 by

“Excellent location and friendly staff. Not oriented to families, but is a very good hotel to stay in.” Apr 30, 2008 by
J from Alhambra, CA
“It's close to the airport, so that's convenient. The room was clean, but the air conditioning vent cover was loose and rattled. I wanted to stay 1 night and park my car there for a week until my return, but no one informed me prior to my arrival that the parking structure at the hotel was closing soon. I had to scramble to find another parking arrangement. The hotel staff didn't know about the impending closing of the parking structure which to me is unacceptable. If you have to stay at this hotel, park at valet air park just north of the hotel until a new structure is completed.” Apr 26, 2008 by
Jane from Anchorage, AK
“It was okay.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Apr 19, 2008 by

“Stay was comfortable; no wait to register; room was bright & cool when I opened the door. The remote control did not work. The drapes were not wide enough to block out the neon lights welcoming people to LAX. I told the desk on check out about the remote control not working; they stated my night was free. We'll see.” Apr 16, 2008 by
Lorie from Pullman, WA
“This is an older hotel that has undergone some updates. The lobby and rooms were very nice and the staff courteous. Great location right outside of LAX and like the convenience of a car rental right at the hotel. Room service was quick and the food was good. Pool area is out of date and needs a face lift.” Apr 13, 2008 by
Andrew from Portage, MI
“Nice hotel overall, very close to LAX, friendly staff, parking situation is not the greatest.” Apr 7, 2008 by
Victoria from West Vancouver, BC CA
“The shuttle was frequent, staff very friendly, and all night room service was great after a 27 hour trip. However, the black out curtains were fake, just panels hanging at the side of the windows that did not close, so I couldn't darken the room. This was extremely annoying with jet-lag. My room was 943, perhaps other rooms had curtains. Great bar/restaurant on the penthouse open until 1:00am. Everything else was fine and comfortable, especially coming from Asia, the room seemed palatial.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Apr 6, 2008 by

“We would certainly stay there again, clean, comfortable and great service.” Apr 1, 2008 by
Stephanie, F. from Lugoff, SC
“I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again. It was a good experience. The room was spacious, clean and we had a view of the landing strip of LAX which fascinated my 10year-old grandson and myself as well. We couldn't hear anything. I had a wonderful stay. The shuttle drivers were very helpful with baggage. I was very pleased with the facility. I highly recommend it to anyone.” Apr 1, 2008 by
Mekia from Columbus, OH
“Wonderful view outside, had an upgrade of room for free and was given the best VIP services with additional fees.” Mar 29, 2008 by
Clint from Palm Springs, CA
“It an older hotel that was remodeled a few years ago. But the rooms are still small, there is very minimal counter space in the bathroom, the electrical outlets are few and inconvenient, and I didn't like the sleep-number air mattress.” Mar 28, 2008 by
Dan from Northridge, CA
“Needs refurbishment.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 24, 2008 by

“We stayed before plying out internationally. The staff was both helpful and friendly. Very good value for the star rating. Being so close to the airport, I expected some noise but was pleasantly surprised to have an extremely quiet room. Hotel was pretty full, yet we heard nothing from other guests. shower was nice and hot and forceful as I like it. Restaurant was very good and lobby bar was a great atmosphere for meeting others in our group. Everyone in our party was satisfied with their stay.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 22, 2008 by

“This is our second time to stay at this hotel. We enjoyed it so much we choose to stay there again. It is very convenient to the airport and the staff are great.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 16, 2008 by

“I need to call the airline to check my flight but there no telephone in the room. So I called the front desk. A guy answered and I told that I need the phone no. of this airline and that there isn't any phone book in the room. His answer was they don't know either; they don't have the phone no. of that airline. Oh my gosh! Don't they have a telephone book in that hotel? I kept telling him I need to call the airline and if he can find the number for me. He said he will try to find out. And I waited and waited but he never called back. It was a good thing I got my laptop and tried to go online (internet access was on and off) to get the phone number of the airline. I was so upset and disappointed. This is my most terrible experience in a hotel. There's more but I don't I don't want to talk about it anymore.” Mar 14, 2008 by
Melanie from Green Bay, WI
“This is a great hotel, close to the Boardwalk and many restaurants. We enjoyed having walking access to the beach and area to run each morning. A great place for breakfast was right across the street on the ocean. The only concern we had was they forgot to clean our room two days in a row. We called for assistance and they said they would send someone up but nobody ever came.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 13, 2008 by

“Good location, good transportation to and from airport.” Mar 10, 2008 by

“The hotel worked well for my meetings which were close to LAX. Hotel is a bit dated looking. Hotel is doing some remodeling and I think it might be up for sale.” Mar 10, 2008 by
Matt from Lemoore, CA
“The hotel was not what I expected. I was not into the fact that you have to pay for parking as a quest. Also, the maid took our bag of food. It was gone. We complained to guest services who comped us a breakfast and parking for 2 nights.” Mar 6, 2008 by
Hidemi S. from Yokohama, CA
“They had problem on their system, and then they gave us wrong room. We went to the room where someone already used. We told that to bell men who carried our luggage, but he never apologized that mistake. We asked him to apologize the guest to bother him. But the bell man said "we had problem our system, problem happens anytime, it was not our fault. The guests have to lock, that's his fault! We reported about that to manager.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 6, 2008 by

“This hotel met my expectations. It was right in the middle of the LAX area-- which means it was in a close proximity to many things. The entrance and lobby of the hotel were very nice, and although I didn't dine in any of the hotel's restaurants, the food smelled delicious. Our room was large, and moderately attractive. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 5, 2008 by
Linda from Kansas City, MO
“The hotel was located very close to the airport. They have a free shuttle, but I rented a car and did not get to use it. I personally did not care for the Sleep Number bed, but that was just personal preference. The bathroom was barely big enough to turn around in and the parking garage was dark and did not feel safe, but overall it is a nice hotel and I would recommend it. The lobby area is very welcoming. Ask for a room near an elevator as I had a huge hike from my room.” Mar 3, 2008 by
Louie from Oakley, CA
“Good hotel for the LAX flyer. This is not a leisure site, but gets you on your way to where you are going.” Mar 2, 2008 by
James from Naperville, IL
“Hotel was fine, however, the staff twice accused me of smoking in my room, to the point of embarrassment. I'm a non smoker and have been for 25+ years. I was accused, however, no one ever bothered to walk in my room when I was there or bothered to smell any of my cloths. Completely un-professional and uncalled for. The entire staff I spoke with 2 security guards and 2 managers were rude, said they had pictures of me smoking, but of course couldn't provide them as they didn't exist.” Mar 1, 2008 by
Mike from Cuyahoga Falls, OH
“Unless one knows the LAX area very well, this hotel may seem impossible to find, even after several trips in and out of the hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed, if Spartan in providing extra niceties. The staff may prove less than responsive.” Mar 1, 2008 by
Alex from New York, NY
“Convenient to all the nearby highways and LAX.” Feb 28, 2008 by
Maor from Valley Stream, NY
“A great hotel with a great price. Not for family and kids. A poor jim room and I think its rood you need to pay for the parking (13$ a day) even though you stay in the hotel, and of course you don't know about it until you get there.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Feb 28, 2008 by

“This is a nice hotel conveniently located next to the airport, grocery is only 10 minutes away. The room is pretty quiet (the windows are doubled insulated) compared to the crown plaza hotel and they have 4 bath towels in the bathroom compared to only 2 in crown plaza; however, they don't have enough king size bedroom, or they don't give out any of the king room above 5th floor if you don't pay for the full hotel price. I and my husband has to sleep in the two double beds room. I think they should honor our request and give us the king rooms if they have them available. It's nice to have a fitness center, but it would be nicer to have some free weights too.” Feb 27, 2008 by
Vickie from Creedmoor, NC
“Hotel was clean and convenient to airport.” Feb 26, 2008 by
Barbara from Placerville, CA
“Hotel is dark but close to LAX. Hotel needs renovation and facelift, especially in the room I stayed in. My bathroom ceiling had been worked on, repainted and recaulked. It needed cleaning after the work. Smelled like paint. Staff was very friendly. Area safe. Restaurant pricey but good food.” Feb 25, 2008 by
Marshall from Carlsbad, CA
“Nice place, comfortable beds, clean, staff was pleasant in most every sense of the word. A bit overpriced in the restaurant for the quality provided. Did not care for the television "system". Whirlpool far too small. Overall a little overpriced for what it is.” Feb 25, 2008 by
Mark from Hesperia, CA
