• They offered a happy hour iand free breakfast.
• I was charged 40 dollars for what I don't know.

“Liked the location to the Anahiem attractions as well as the freeways.Also the kitchen set-up in the suite was nice.”

• Breakfast buffet and location was great.
• Nonthing was wrong.

“Our stay was wonderful great view to the angels stadium to fireworks and minutes to Disney land was what we wanted. we were surprised about having a fridge and stove. we have young children which was great to store drinks and food. A wonderful stay.”

• Room amenities and ambiance. Kitchen with dishwasher and needed utensils.
• They need more elevators as wait time and crowd is more.

“The hotel has all the room amenities required for a family to enjoy a leisure trip. The rooms are clean and with full furniture. Complimentary Continental breakfast is decent. Go for it!”

• They let us check in early and our room was on top floor.
• The location on a one way street.

“The suite was great. Room was clean and most amenities were very modern. No problems whatsover with our stay. Plenty of parking, and the staff was very nice.”

• They were extremely helpful and prompt with any problems or questions that came up. We really appreciated it!
• The DVD player and the TV in the livingroom didn't work.

“Everything was very clean, and the staff was friendly. We had a slight problem with the toilet, but the staff was immediately there to fix it.”

• I loved this hotel, from the staff, to the room. It is a perfect hotel for family's.

“I will definitely stay at this hotel again with my family. The room was very spacious, and convenient. I loved have the kitchen, so I could make meals for my family instead of having to eat out for every meal. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children. My kids loved the complimentary breakfast!”

“Second stay here and we're already to stay again! Great sound proof walls, accommodating staff, managers evening happy hour is great! The breakfast is wonderful and a money saver to boot! Had a fabulous time!

• Loved the suites and the weeknight receptions. Convenient shuttle to Disney.
• The carpet in our room was damp (from being cleaned?), shower was stuck on hard massage.

“We were pretty happy with the hotel. The sun downers (evening receptions) were great. Rooms were nice. Pools and hot tubs were large but the locking mechanism was broken. Not good for little ones escaping when the door just swings open. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. The only thing that would have made the trip better would have been if my 14 month old wasn't awake half the night!”

• Great location to Angel Stadium, the block and Disneyland.
• There is no maid/ cleaning services on the weekends.

“The hotel met our needs, since we only needed a place to sleep at night. Don't expect too much from the staff or the facilities. There are no housekeeping services available on weekends. Guest must ask for more towels or request cleaning services by Friday afternoon. The hotel offers a great breakfast buffet with lots of options. Hotels are located near all attractions.”

• The breakfast and room were worth the entire trip.
• No housekeeping services were provided.

“This hotel was very nice. There were 4 of us, myself, my husband and 2 teenage boys- 18 and 15. There was more than enough space in our room for all of us. It was about 1 1/2 miles from Disneyland, but only 1/2 mile from Angels Stadium. Still need a car. The breakfast was totally awesome! They always had eggs and one meat along with fruit, 4 types of cereal, toast, bagels, juice, milk -almost everything you could want for a good breakfast. The only draw back was the lack of Housekeeping services. We had to do all of our own housekeeping including getting our own towels everyday. We told the front desk and they did noting.”

• It was really family friendly.
• The carpet and elevators were dirty.

“I loved this hotel so much it was really friendly and I felt like I was at home. If I could go to any hotel again it would be this one. It's not only looks that always matter in a hotel it's the was you feel and are treated. After I left this hotel I went to another in Costa Mesa in nice area the hotel was also very nice really upscale but It felt just like that upscale and not really friendly. So this is such a beautiful and friendly hotel.”

• Professional friendly staff - a smile and helpful manner can really make your stay perfect.
• Wish we had a car in the first few days, a bit too far to walk to the shops...good exercise though!

“Stayed 12 days (well really about 5-6 days our suitcases stayed 12 days).... Lovely hotel, great for families. Very professional helpful and friendly front-desk staff, who I bugged so much (sorry!) but who never once complained or appeared put-out with all my queries (and one other lady who I'm so sorry, I've forgotten her name!) who was also very helpful and lovely too! I must also mention the wonderful housekeeping and maintenance people who always greeted me with a hi and a smile. Complimentary breakfast - great variety, great start to the day. Enjoyed the swimming and spa pool in the evenings and of course the teenagers really loved the free internet access. Free parking....free laundry - perfect!”

• Suites available near Disneyland. Good for larger group.
• Poorly maintained, pool closed, services (breakfast) not served as scheduled, rude staff.

“My family and I have stayed at this hotel in the past. It was a far better experience before. This time around we found the facilities not well maintained (broken spa jets), pool was unavailable, breakfast was not served on time as indicated on wake-up call, and staff was rude when asked about it. I would not recommend this hotel and will not visit it again.”

• There is nothing to dislike about the resort.

“Was a lovely welcoming place to stay. Kim Loffelmanix who works on reception made you feel so at home. It is perfect resort for families, couples and business travelers we would always use this resort for our holidays.”

• Friendly and helpful staff. Nice swimming pool and outdoor play area. Nice great room and hot breakfast.
• We wanted a king size bed and could only get a queen because rooms were in short supply due to remodeling.

“Nice place to stay if you are visiting Disneyland in Anaheim and have your own transportation since it is a bit are away from the resort. The kids enjoyed the pool every day and the outdoor basketball court. The laundry room had free washer and dryer service. We all liked the breakfast buffet offering a nice selection of hot and cold foods that was included in the price.”

• Smoking room smelled! Could smell others in the hotel smoking. Breakfast buffet TOO crowded with rude people.

• The walls really needed a good wipe down!

“The hotel was nice, w/a great breakfast buffet A little far from Disneyland and the shuttle only did pick up and drop off once a day, which is difficult for a toddler needing a nap.”
