• The balcony overlooked the pool, very relaxing.
• The cost of parking 14.00/day or 18.00/day valet. Everyone gets more out of your wallet everyday.

• The swimming pool was wonderful.
• You could hear people in both sides of us in the other rooms.

• Was given a 2 day parking pass so could leave the car and walk to Disneyland.
• Buffet breakfast - expensive and all cold food - had to ask for toast as it was not included.

• Convenient location.
• We found a huge bug on the first night. The soap/shampoo was not refilled. Ice bucket was not cleaned for 3 nights.

“The hotel itself was clean and attractive and location was great. The house keeping service however needs to be improved. It would also be nice to provide complimentary internet. On the whole, it was still a positive experience.”

• The entire staff was friendly, helpful and was truly concerned that we loved our stay.
• No complaints at all.

“I was quite nervous about it initially. We stayed at this hotel to be close to Angel Stadium. We used the valet parking at $18 a day and it was truly worth it. All of the valets were terrific. The front desk staff, bell service and the housekeeping staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. The pool facilities were beautiful. My grandson wanted to move in permanently. We will surely go back.”

“From the beginning Sheraton was great! They gave side by side rooms & checked us in early 9am. Molly's restaurant has good food & service. We enjoyed the pool. We walked to Disneyland. This was an all around excellent experience!”

• Great facilities, pool and rooms. Very convenient location.

“This is a clean, well run hotel that is also very convenient to the Disney Resort. The queen sized beds seemed larger than I expected, the rooms were quiet and there was a choice of either a view of the Disney resort or the pool. The swimming pool area was pleasant and the pool and spa were especially well maintained. The Disney Resort was an easy walk away, as was the new Garden walk Mall.”

• Like the location and the safe feeling being there.
• We arrived at 2 and were told we couldn't check in till three and that there is a $10 a day parking fee.

• Room was at ground floor, parking was close by as well as pool housekeeper were great.
• Front desk was rude, added $10 a day for parking, no change for laundry.

“Staff did not show compassion when two young oriental boys almost drowned on Sunday prior to our stay. Pool was not locked for safety can walk in thru hall of hotel laundry. Not safe for small children they are able to get to pool alone.”

• Walking distance from Disney.
• The room smelled muggy, and didnt seem very clean.

“This hotel was under renovation, the room looked like it needed it badly. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didnt work, and the pool area was not very nice. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and worth the $.”

• The lobby was the nicest thing they had.
• Everything in the room seemed to be falling apart.

“Aside from the lobby the room had it's cosmetic defects. I understand that their under remodeling so it's to be expected that this will eventually meet the standards of a Red Lion hotel of which they are becoming.”

• The location was absolutely perfect for walking to and from Disneyland.
• The rooms were a bit small and could not accommodate a rollaway bed.

• The staff and cleanliness were amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable.
• No microwaves in the rooms.

“We were very happy with our accommodations. It was so clean you could eat off the floors. Housekeeping was very attentive to our needs and the complimentary bottled water was much needed after a long day at Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again.”

• They charged me for purchases that we didn't make.

“They had a flood and moved me to the 4 star Marriott hotel across the street. Which I was very pleased about. 1. They had the problem solved and organized when I arrived at 1 am and it was an easy transition, even with 2 two year olds.”

• I like the price, location and the shuttle service.
• Other hotels don't charge for shuttle service but this one did even if it was only $3.

• The only good thing it was that it was not that far from Disneyland.
• Dirty hotel, extra charge for parking, worst pluming ever.

“This hotel doesn't deserve to be named hotel, because it was nothing near that. The room looked semi-clean but overall it was not clean. When we took showers or our upstairs neighbors took showers we had our shower tub full of dirty water, the water stayed there and did not go anywhere. I don't have anything else to say.”

• Better when it was the Radisson Hotel. The hotel within walking distance to DLR and DCA.

“I have stayed at this hotel before when it was the Radisson. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful, friendly and knew what they were doing. The room we had was ok at first, but upon reviewing it more there was a dirty chair, the TV worked for a short period of time then went fuzzy. The carpet in the halls was very dirty and in need of repair. My mother also fell because of the carpet. Parking fee should be in the description of the hotel.”

• First room checked into was not clean. Front desk attendant not smoothly competent.

• Room is rundown, soon to be renovated.

“Hotel is in the process of converting to Red Lion. Second tower is under renovation, so there is just half a hotel capacity at the moment. Lobby is nice, hotel staff friendly. Skip the restaurant during the off-season as lunch and dinner are served from the bar and you get very slow service there. Breakfast is a buffet (did not eat there as there is a IHOP next door). The beds are nice, the curtains are ragged, bathroom is rundown. TV had a burned area in the screen, which created a green or blue spot. Reception of channels was poor. We got stuck with a room across from the ice machine which makes a lot of noise when dropping ice into the bin or into containers of guests. Otherwise, location is great! 10 mins walk to the park and other shops along with rental cars. Very convenient! Another nice feature is safe deposit boxes for no charge to store your passports and cash. Rating 6/10.”

• There was no hot water, the shower did not work!
• It was dirty! It smelled bad! No bath or shower!

“After pre-confirming my reservation with hotel staff over the phone. When we arrived, tired from a full day at Disneyland, at midnight we were informed that they had no room avail. and had over booked but had made arrangement for us at another near-by hotel. It was not a hotel, but a sleazy motel. It was a dirty. It smelled badly. The shower did not work. I contacted the Red Lion, that had sent us there and I was told there is nothing else that could be done but they would make sure that I did get a room in their hotel for the second day of our stay. That meant unpacking, repacking, packing the car and again unloading the car late at night, the following night, at the hotel that we were told that we would be staying at.”

• The staff was rude and there was no coffee shop.

“The beds were comfortable and the rooms were good sized but the staff was rude and the family we were traveling with got moved to a separate hotel due to the hotel over booking itself I waited for 2 hours after driving 10 hours to get checked in our room. After being told there were no rooms avail as they continued to check other people in.”

• It is near the Convention Center.
• The front desk staff does not seem to like what they are doing. Not attentive to guests' needs.

“I just like the location as it is just a 2 or 3 minute walk to the Convention Center. I recommend this hotel for people who got bumped off their flights and staying only for a night.”
