“It was very nice for the price we got. It was very clean and it was a great location (close to restaurants, gas stations, and the parks. Be aware, there is an extra fee to park a car in their parking lot.” Jul 15, 2008 by
Sk from San Jose, CA
“Great hotel.” Jul 15, 2008 by
Dung from Palm Desert, CA
“I don't like this hotel about their charge for parking and internet access. It's outrageous. I won't stay at this hotel in the future.” Jul 15, 2008 by
Ed from Big Bear Ctiy, CA
“Aside from the lobby the room had it's cosmetic defects. I understand that their under remodeling so it's to be expected that this will eventually meet the standards of a Red Lion hotel of which they are becoming.” Jul 15, 2008 by
Clare from Lodi, CA
“This property is in the middle of a remodel and will be much better when that is completed.” Jul 14, 2008 by
Kellie from Fresno, CA
“Great location, clean room, comfortable bed, but very expensive restaurant (Molly's Kitchen).” Jul 10, 2008 by
Crystal from Phoeinx, AZ
“We were very happy with our accommodations. It was so clean you could eat off the floors. Housekeeping was very attentive to our needs and the complimentary bottled water was much needed after a long day at Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again.” Jul 10, 2008 by
Jodee from Laveen, AZ
“The view from our room was gorgeous - it overlooked the park and we were able to watch the fireworks from our room.” Jul 8, 2008 by
David from San Jose, CA
“They had a flood and moved me to the 4 star Marriott hotel across the street. Which I was very pleased about. 1. They had the problem solved and organized when I arrived at 1 am and it was an easy transition, even with 2 two year olds.” Jul 2, 2008 by
Maribel from Visalia, CA
“Overall, the hotel and our vacation was great I would recommend it to others.” Jun 18, 2008 by
Vijay
“Room was comfortable, bathroom was decent. We had to pay for parking and that was not nice. Our stay was pleasant.” Jun 14, 2008 by
Teresa
“Great - got a room with view of Disneyland fireworks. Everything was great!” Jun 5, 2008 by
Daniela from Burbank, CA
“This hotel doesn't deserve to be named hotel, because it was nothing near that. The room looked semi-clean but overall it was not clean. When we took showers or our upstairs neighbors took showers we had our shower tub full of dirty water, the water stayed there and did not go anywhere. I don't have anything else to say.” Jun 5, 2008 by
Cindy from Las Vegas, NV
“I have stayed at this hotel before when it was the Radisson. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful, friendly and knew what they were doing. The room we had was ok at first, but upon reviewing it more there was a dirty chair, the TV worked for a short period of time then went fuzzy. The carpet in the halls was very dirty and in need of repair. My mother also fell because of the carpet. Parking fee should be in the description of the hotel.” May 31, 2008 by
Lon M. from Encino, CA
“The parking gates were broken so we didn't have to pay an extra 10% of our hotel stay for something that should be included.” May 28, 2008 by
Gordon from Janesville, WI
“It was business travel with my wife. This hotel is to be renovated so will be much nicer when completed.” May 8, 2008 by
Greg from Walla Walla, WA
“Hotel is in the process of converting to Red Lion. Second tower is under renovation, so there is just half a hotel capacity at the moment. Lobby is nice, hotel staff friendly. Skip the restaurant during the off-season as lunch and dinner are served from the bar and you get very slow service there. Breakfast is a buffet (did not eat there as there is a IHOP next door). The beds are nice, the curtains are ragged, bathroom is rundown. TV had a burned area in the screen, which created a green or blue spot. Reception of channels was poor. We got stuck with a room across from the ice machine which makes a lot of noise when dropping ice into the bin or into containers of guests. Otherwise, location is great! 10 mins walk to the park and other shops along with rental cars. Very convenient! Another nice feature is safe deposit boxes for no charge to store your passports and cash. Rating 6/10.” May 6, 2008 by

“It is convenient to Disneyland and to eating places. Easy access from the freeway. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The amenities were good. The staff were pleasant. We would return without hesitation.” Apr 17, 2008 by
Joe from Murray, UT
“Nice location some refurbishing needs to be done, but very clean and good customer service.” Apr 8, 2008 by
Debora A. from Lake Havasu City, AZ
“After pre-confirming my reservation with hotel staff over the phone. When we arrived, tired from a full day at Disneyland, at midnight we were informed that they had no room avail. and had over booked but had made arrangement for us at another near-by hotel. It was not a hotel, but a sleazy motel. It was a dirty. It smelled badly. The shower did not work. I contacted the Red Lion, that had sent us there and I was told there is nothing else that could be done but they would make sure that I did get a room in their hotel for the second day of our stay. That meant unpacking, repacking, packing the car and again unloading the car late at night, the following night, at the hotel that we were told that we would be staying at.” Apr 2, 2008 by
Mike from Redding, CA
“Nice out side. The rooms we were in very worn out and old.” Apr 1, 2008 by
Sarah from Redding, CA
“The beds were comfortable and the rooms were good sized but the staff was rude and the family we were traveling with got moved to a separate hotel due to the hotel over booking itself I waited for 2 hours after driving 10 hours to get checked in our room. After being told there were no rooms avail as they continued to check other people in.” Mar 28, 2008 by
Jeremy from Lombard, IL
“This hotel was not at all what I expected. The room was outdated - stains in the carpet, hair in the tub (that didn't drain when taking a shower). I would not recommend this hotel at all.” Mar 27, 2008 by
Giselle from Chula Vista, CA
“Very good customer service at the hotel besides what we saw on the window everything was good.” Mar 13, 2008 by
Via from San Mateo, CA
“I just like the location as it is just a 2 or 3 minute walk to the Convention Center. I recommend this hotel for people who got bumped off their flights and staying only for a night.” Mar 11, 2008 by
Richard from Calexico, CA
“Good.” Mar 10, 2008 by
Melanie from Clinton, UT
“Clean large rooms! Good location! Parking is ten dollars a day & call to make sure heated pool is open. I'd stay again.” Mar 9, 2008 by
Ryan from San Francisco, CA
“All in all, a wonderful stay.” Mar 3, 2008 by
Tamara from Palmdale, CA
“Hotel was in a convenient location and rooms were nice. We would stay here again.” Mar 2, 2008 by
Jessica from Seattle, WA
“Good stay. The hotel was being refurbished into a Red Lion so you could tell there was construction. No noise from it though. We stayed two nights and the only problem was the front desk accidentally double booked our room and other people opened our door! Luckily everyone was decent. The front desk fixed it with major apologies.” Mar 1, 2008 by
Kim from Roseville, CA
“Our biggest complaint was that we had to go to another hotel to enjoy a pool or hot tub and the work being done on the pool and hot tub at the hotel was loud and ugly. Otherwise, it was very convenient, clean, and friendly.” Feb 29, 2008 by
James from Victoria, BC CA
“The room was decent, clean and tidy. Proximity to Disney was good. Staff friendly and professional. The rooms were a bit noisy, as the room doors didn't fit the frame. Lots of light could be seem in between the door and door frame. Now, it was a Saturday night and the cliental were having a good party night but once up in the room area please be kind to those around you as small children need there sleep before taking on Disney the next day. Hotel was fine.” Feb 28, 2008 by
Katherine from San Jose, CA
“This hotel had a prime location for Disneyland travelers and was conveniently located next door to an HOP and one block from other eating establishments. There was a Disneyland public tram stop right outside of the lobby door and our hotel was the last stop on it's route to Disneyland. Though the walls were quite thin in the rooms and you could hear neighbors at times, everything quieted down after 10:30 and nothing was heard until after 8:30 in the morning. The hotel rooms and bathrooms were clean.” Feb 27, 2008 by
Dennis from Novato, CA
“Great price, great location fit my needs very well. They even let me check in a few hours early. Good stay.” Feb 27, 2008 by
Lisa from Phoenix, AZ
“This hotel is currently being remodeled and updated. The lobby area has been completed and looks very nice. The pool was being re-done. It is a little less than a mile walk to Disneyland and 5 to 10 minutes from Anaheim Garden Walk.” Feb 26, 2008 by
Francisco from San Francisco, CA
“Hotel was great for price and location. Would stay again if given the same price quote but would not pay any higher.” Feb 25, 2008 by
Jenc from Gilbert, AZ
“The hotel is older, showing signs of age. Signs in lobby state that they are preparing for the upgrade - can't wait to see the hotel after! Great location! Easy walking distance to park. We had several children - very little space in room around beds - no place for kids to play except on beds. Also, smaller bathroom, very little counter space. Front desk personnel and Housekeeping personnel were wonderful, Polite and helpful. Microwave brought to room had very short cord. Had to purchase our own extension cord in order to use it.” Feb 24, 2008 by
Tracy from Milpitas, CA
“There was no room available at 3 PM. All the guests had to come back later for the rooms. I got my room at 3:30. By 5:30, another family got assigned the same room; they used their own key to enter the room. I called to the front desk to inform them of this double assignment. They disabled my room keys. The parking lever didn't work well so there were cars lined up to leave the parking lot. They declared all the rooms were non-smoking and made guests signed $250 fine but the room and the hall were rid of cigarette smoke.” Feb 22, 2008 by
Joe from Bothell, WA
“While checking in, we had asked for a refrigerator. Not once was I told there would be a 10 dollar a night fee for this. While checking in my paper was stamped for me to sign that there would be a ten dollar a night parking fee. I had looked on their website specifically to see if there were any parking fees and could not find anything about it. So my friend went with me to park the car and he is the one that told me about the refrigerator fee. I asked the guy and he said yes (he never told me about it when I asked for it). Then he said he wouldn't charge me for it because I didn't know about the parking. My wife was downstairs the next day and after talking to the lady at the front desk, she was told that the refrigerators were complementary. There was a kid upstairs that ran up and down the room and was beating on the bathroom floor. We called the front desk (daytime) and they went up there. The person promised to keep the kid from doing it. The kid did it for the entire length of the stay and I called each day about it. They did nothing about it. The housekeeping forgot something each day, and whenever I called, the same night person never answered the phone. So I had to go down every time to get what we needed. There was a basketball team that stayed on our floor. I know for a fact that they had complaints from other guests of the hotel. My friend that was staying in another room trying calling down to the front desk with no answer at 1 am. The team was using the wall as a basketball court and wrestling around. Their door was open and my friend went in there to tell them to stop. The floors of the hotel are filthy. They never once vacuumed while we were there. The carpets in the hallway are bubbled up which cause a hazard because they can trip a person, which I saw happen more than once. The pool was closed which we were not aware of, any mention of it on their website.” Feb 21, 2008 by
Melissa from N. Las Vegas, NV
“Everything was great other than not being told at check in that the pool was going to be under construction.” Feb 20, 2008 by
Bobby from Manti, UT
“Overall had a good experience. Moderate pricing. Gated parking. Clean. Lobby is nice with ATM, Gift Shop, and Bar/Restaurant. Friendly Staff. About a block and a half away from Disneyland. The only complaint I had was that there were a couple of burn marks in the carpet from someone leaving the clothes iron on. Nothing major.” Feb 20, 2008 by
Carlos from Folsom, CA
“We didn't spend too much time at the hotel. So it suited our needs. The food was not good in the buffet though. Next time we'll go next door to IHOP.” Feb 14, 2008 by
Rafael from Antioch, CA
“I arrived early for check in after a 6hr drive in the early morning. I tried to pay for an extra day so the family wouldn't have to wait for a nap. I was told there were no rooms available. I then had to wait for my friend who got to the hotel one day earlier for him to change his room due to plumbing problems after I asked for a room.” Dec 26, 2007 by
Amanda from San Jacinto, CA
“I was not very happy when I left Disneyland to check into the hotel and it took over 45mins. There was no one in line, the front desk girl apparently did not check me in right and the other front desk clerk took a very long time to make it right. They did not compensate me for my wait and loosing time from Disneyland in anyway. I was very disappointed.” Nov 27, 2007 by
Ben from Silver Springs, FL
“As a solo business traveler or for my family I would consider this hotel to be a good match. I would expect the TV and internet would be a much higher quality in accordance with the rest of the hotel's image. I was not happy, while checking in, to learn that parking was an additional fee.” Nov 25, 2007 by
Chris from Visalia, CA
“The staff is very friendly and when we needed a cot in our room. It was already set up in our room before we arrived! We asked for extra towels and they arrived warm and fast.” Oct 18, 2007 by
Marc from Kent, WA
“They have not remodeled yet. This hotel is very much in need of remodeling and also its the Radisson anymore. Fix your site.” Hotel Representatives:
