• Was great that it was walking distance to Disneyland. Great view of the fireworks.

“If we go back there again we would stay there. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. Hotel nice and clean and was quiet.”

• I liked that the hotel was walking distance to Disneyland and other restaurants.

“The hotel was very clean, the free breakfast was great! The staff was helpful in storing an item that I had brought up with me. The room was not ready but they kept my item in a cold place anyway while we had lunch.”

• Clean, quiet, close to Disneyland and restaurants.
• The window was broken and we had to call someone to open it twice.

“The hotel was great because it's walking distance from Disneyland and its close to restaurants like Cheesecake factory and CPK. Also, the breakfast served at the hotel is free of charge and is excellent (eggs, cini-rolls, bacon)!The bedroom is clean and beds and pillows are comfortable.”

• Clean and comfortable.

“The room was very clean. The sheets were new and crisp, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The room AC worked well during the hot weather. Continental breakfast was surprisingly good. I have no problems recommending this hotel.”

• The location was near anything you needed.
• It only had one elevator that wasn't air conditioned like the hallways.

“Overall, it was a good experience. This was not the hotels fault but they could have at least had AC in the elevators and hallways because it was pretty hot. Other than that, I would recommend it to friends.”

• Continental breakfast and the cleanliness.
• The Jacuzzi was cold and the sauna didnt work.

“Friendly service clean rooms! The Jacuzzi did not heat up all the days I was there! The pool was warmer than Jacuzzi. Would have been nice to sit in the sauna but unfortunately the sauna was not working either.”

• Early check-in and free breakfast.
• Do Not Disturb sign on door and staff still came in, took the towels and did not replace them!

“This hotel is a fine place to stay. The staff is great! It is clean and has a free breakfast daily. The beds were comfortable. 3 blocks to Disneyland, have your walking shoes on. 1 blocks to Pf Chang's, Bubba Gump Shrimp, and Cheese Cake Factory. It is not a new hotel, but it is kept up well.”

• The staff was always friendly and helpful. Plus, the facility was neat and clean.
• I can't think of anything I didn't like.

“I highly recommend this hotel. It is within easy walking distance to the Disney Resort and the convention center. Despite having a hectic schedule for the duration of our stay, the hotel was one place we could relax. The facility was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. It was a great stay.”

• Proximity to Disney park, great customer services from employees.
• They don't have sufficient parking space for the quantity of rooms available.

“Good service from employees, clean room, close to Disney park, good breakfast, but not enough parking spaces for the rooms available coming back from Disney couldn't find park space an employee had to leave so we could park.”

• The hotel was very clean and the location was within walking distance to Disneyland.
• Parking at this hotel can be difficult. There is an underground parking garage and limited space above ground.

“This hotel was clean and family friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms reasonably sized. The pool and spa areas were nice but not luxurious. The hotel is within walking distance to Disneyland (about 2 1/2 blocks away), but expect it to be a 15-20 minute walk to the Disneyland turn styles. Overall, it is a good place to stay for the price if you want to be able to walk to the parks. I've tried some of the hotels closer to the Main gate and have found them dirty, small, and uncomfortable.”

“I stayed in the Holiday Inn Express for a week in Anaheim. Great location, great staff, clean rooms. Excellent experience. Staff is super nice and accommodating. They give you chocolate chip cookies every afternoon and tea. The lady that worked there gave me some great pointers on where to visit .tours etc. Highly Recommended, Only a short 5 minute walk to the convention center. Short walk to downtown Disney & Disneyland. Thank you again.”

• The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
• No shuttle service.

• Room was clean & newly refurbished. comfy beds.
• Room was too warm.

“Location was great in proximity to Disneyland. Pool area w/ spa & sauna was nice, functioning & well maintained. Freshly baked cookies were offered to my children in the lobby. Crib was available for my infant. Would stay here again.”

• Close proximity to Disneyland.
• Someone set of the sprinkler system in their room the fire alarm system was triggered and went off all night.

“Very comfortable, clean and economical. Great location close to Disneyland and restaurants. Target is also nearby. The free continental breakfast was excellent offering toast, hot and cold cereal, muffins, cinnamon rolls, fruit and hard boiled eggs allowing customers to eat a quick breakfast to get an early start.”

“This is more of a motel than a hotel. Its doors open to the outside and some traffic noise is heard. The stay was good; however the room needed a makeover. The floor was uneven and if not careful you get tripped. A tile in the bathroom was cracked and had a sharp edge (approximately 4 inches) that if not seen could cut your foot if not seen. There was a mold stain on the shower ceiling and shower liner was removed after our first night there. (Do not know why) There was a little dust on the top of the TV console. Being tall I could see it, but do not believe the shorter cleaning staff would notice it. The TV had a horizontal hold problem and had lines in it part of the time. The location of the motel was close to Disneyland and the breakfast was very good. As said before in the staff comments, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. If I were to return to the area I might look for a nicer hotel further away from Disneyland. If it was not so close to Disneyland the price would have been way too high.”

“My daughter, myself and 3 grandchildren had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Highly recommend it, especially with kids or no kids. Nice clean rooms, nice deluxe breakfast, nice pool and friendly staff at front desk (that went out of their way to help with anything). A++++Hotel !”

• The location to the airport, friendly staff, very clean
• I could not put my left over in the fridge.

“I couldn't believe how close the airport was, right across the street. I am very particular about hotels, and almost don't like staying in them, because of the cleanliness of them, but this one was very clean, and I usually look pretty close. I would certainly stay there again.”

• Horribly, over-the-top noisy.

“Average quality older hotel. Noise was unbelievable. Late night moving of equipment? Early morning cleaning or other equipment use. Not sure what it was but it was bad.”
