“During my stay at the hotel, after I went to bed at 10:30 at night, I heard someone open my room door. Good thing that I had remembered to put the latch on the door, otherwise people would have barged right in. I then woke up and and walked to the door I found a young couple standing outside of my room accusing me taking over their room. After talking to them and the lady who worked night shift at the front desk on the phone, I realized that after I had checked in around noon that same day, whoever worked the afternoon shift accidentally gave the couple the key cards to my room, thinking I was put in the other room (there were only two rooms available when I checked in, as I was told). After sending the couple off, it was hard for me to fall back asleep again. Needless to say, this experience was very unpleasant and alarming. I know that people make mistakes and I am not trying to lash out on the hotel staff. They did, however, apologize to me profusely the next morning. But I just hope that this won't happen to others when they're traveling, especially when they're traveling alone.”

• Staff friendly

“This is a "super" place! My family and I stayed over for one nite while on a family reunion. The rooms were spacious, clean and up to date. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The rates were excellent as well. They have a very nice lobby and they even serve rolls, juice, cereals, and such in the am at no additional charge.”
