• It was in a neat district (old college area) of des Moines.
• Please read below.

“The ceiling in our room had extensive water damage, the shower and curtain were moldy and smelled awful when wet, bathroom had no fan to dispel moisture from the shower. The water temp fluxed so badly that I was scalded when someone in another room flushed their toilet. The pillows on the bed were lumpy and old. It was hard - almost impossible - to feel "at home" in this room. It's too bad, the hotel is in a neat location and the outside of the building is beautiful. But that did not make up for the room. Def not above a one star hotel.”

• Nothing, all was fine.
