• cramped room- bad bed

“older- needs updating. We were stuck in a stale smoking room on 5th floor- I felt like they dumped me in a far corner as a priceline payer. I am certain better locations in the hotel were available. Ok overall. nice staff.”

• Had a nice fitness center
• Room had noisy highway behind it

“Defintely understated in the hotel web site. Helpful desk personnel, convenient to shopping and eating, room was clean and adequate, bath shower control knob was difficult to turn on, had free internet service which was easy to connect to.”

• Room was pleasant, roomy and clean
• The smoking floors really reeked of smoke and no ice machine on 4th floor, even though the sign pointed to one.

“The Four Point Sheraton Suites in DesMoines, Iowa was a very nice looking hotel with an attached restaurant attached. It was in a clean safe area with shopping and more restaurants with in a one mile radius. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool/hot tub/sauna area was exceptionally clean and quite nice. I would suggest this hotel to my family and friends.”
