• Close to where I needed to be.

“My air conditioner didn't work, the breakfast was meager at best, the client was less than desirable, and I didn't feel particularly safe. I would definitely not stay there with my wife or family.”

• The manager on staff was efficient and friendly.
• There was no pool and there wasn't a restaurant either.

• Smelled like smoke, reputation in the area of being a place for doing drugs.

• Several rooms had the odor of dope being smoked terrible place to stay!

• Invaded with drinking alcohol heavily.

“No luggage cart available. Vagrants migrating throughout public areas drinking what amounted to be by morning, a liquor store full of beer, etc. Mud in all public entrances for more than the length of our stay. Trash cans overflowing with beer & liquor bottles. People wandering hallways for all hours.”

• They did not clean the room at all for the 2nd night.

“Arriving was a surprise to them! Out of 3 folks at the front desk, one almost knew how to handle me and my wife's cousin. The hallway and steps probably gets cleaned early in the spring. Mud was everywhere. The room floors were a bit cleaner. The breakfast room was not much better. And the bar was out of just about everything including juices. No more Travelodge's for me!”

“The hotel has a terrible lack of employees that know anything about customer service. The entire facility smelled terrible, like spoiled food. The room was very musty and way past time for a refurbish. Overall a dreadful stay.”

“Phone did not work properly, needed it to make calls and instead of changing room made me wait for maintenance to come in. Roof being replaced and still working at 8pm. Can't say to much good about this hotel.”

• Nice manager.
• Was not a 2 star level. Hotel space and rooms were dirty, in a bad location of town, lobby was very small.

“This hotel was a dump. Additionally, I have allergies/asthma and was forced to stay in a smoking room. I am very dissatisfied with the hotel.”

• The woman at the front desk was apologetic when they had given our room away.
• Disgusting! Dirty!

“I had called and verified that we had a double non-smoking room. After traveling for 8 hours with small children, we were forced to stay in a very small king bed room. We had five people including an infant that were forced to sleep here because this hotel and all others in the area were booked. Then, after not really getting any sleep. I went down to the breakfast bar to find everything gone except dry cereal at 6:45 in the morning! Needless to say, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“It smelled cigarette smoke very badly in the lobby. The bath was old, had tile grout missing, tiles by the floor were missing and that made it appear not very clean. The breakfast area was very messy and not kept clean.”

“I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this hotel. That was the most disappointing hotel room I have ever stay at. This place should be condemned and torn down. I was embarrassed.”

• Location, cleanliness, loitering in front of the hotel and back, just a mess.

“OMG, where do I began. I knew it was a mistake the moment we pulled up there. When I finally decided to check-in, an go past the crowd (loitering), a guest came in and threw his keys back to the receptionist and said, "This place is in uninhabitable!" What am I supposed to think? I had to clean my own tub, sink, and toilet out and vacuum my own floor. I need not say anymore.”

• The counter person was pleasant but nothing else was.
• Condition was appalling, we didn't feel safe. Our stay lasted approximately 20 minutes, then we left.

“Conditions at the motel were horrible. Space here prohibits me from detailing our experience, but I'd be glad to talk with someone. We stayed for 20 minutes, then left because we felt extremely unsafe.”

• Good access to the main interstate, not expensive.
• Dark, not clean enough, poor continental breakfast, noisy.

“Very basic accommodations--best for one-night stays (as in rest stops for long drives). Noisy on the weekend I stayed there, may be quieter during the week. My room was clean, but dank-smelling; whole hotel could stand a good carpet-cleaning. Decent TV channel selection; not sure if movies are available. Smoking rooms are available. Ample parking; shotgun-style building, so long walks to the room from the front desk are likely. USA Today available on weekday mornings; small continental breakfast available, but this will not be a substantial meal for hitting the road afterwards.”

• Dirty, unsafe as there were a lot of people gathering in parking lot at night.

“This hotel is located just a mile from I-80 highway. The hotel was dirty and I felt unsafe as there were a group of people gathering in the parking lot at night. The hanger in the room fell out of wall. The hallway as well as the stairway was dirty. The breakfast was ok. There were apples, oranges, muffins, cereals, breads, bagels, orange, apple juice, coffee and tee.”

• Clean rooms, friendly staff, very quiet.

“Very well kept, quiet, nice clean rooms, bathrooms were nice and clean, continental breakfast was great with fresh bagels, hot coffee, and fresh fruit. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

• The hotel clerk was very pleasant.
• It was dirty and not kept up.

• Facility old, run down, possibly safety concern.

“Sign was not well light, so I passed it initially upon arrival. They did have free internet, which was greatly appreciated. The decor is in need of an update. The breakfast area seemed dreary. The vanity seemed to be very old, small and was located within a foot of the door. There was no shampoo or hairdryer in the room, but the staff was quite helpful and accommodating.”
