“Hotel was typical hotel. Clean and in good area. Was not impressed with the surprise at checkout of a $7.00 daily parking charge.” Sep 12, 2009 by
Carol from Fraser,MI
“Lovely accommodations and room. Friendly staff. A bit off the path for highway access, but worth the extra drive.” Aug 9, 2009 by
Kristy from Big Rock,IL
“Nice overall stay, would stay again.” May 31, 2008 by
Erika from O Fallon, IL
“The hotel was great especially for the price. However, my sleep number bed was not available and I was disappointed that there wasn't anything for me and my 1.5 year old to do within walking distance. There was a great looking casino and beach across a convenient walkway though. Their dining area was pretty expensive. They had a "choose your pasta and sauce" thing for 15$ and you could add chicken for an additional 15$! But I did get a comp'd breakfast which was very good. Since I got a voucher (due to a small discrepancy in the room. I didn't even ask for it. I off-handedly mentioned the issue to someone while checking out the pool and next thing I know, my daughter and I have a coupon for anything free at breakfast!).” May 26, 2008 by
Eric from Janesville, WI
“Stayed here while in town for a baseball game. The hotel is right in the center of the Downtown area, and the entire area is pedestrian-friendly. We highly recommend staying here while in the Quad Cities!” May 15, 2008 by
Nancy W. from Dixon, IL
“Because of the genuine care and concern he showed to us we will be returning to this hotel frequently.” May 5, 2008 by
Jan from Sioux Falls, SD
“The Quad Cities Radisson Plaza was a very pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. It's in an easily accessible downtown location with a couple of good restaurants to choose from nearby.” Apr 3, 2008 by
Rachel from Chicago, IL
“The hotel was very charming. It was very slow the night we stayed, but the staff still smiled and waved to us and was very helpful. Jazz music played in the atrium 24 hours, which was cool, but almost gave the hotel a "Shining" feel as we were at times the only guests in the atrium.” Apr 3, 2008 by
Linda from Lyndon, IL
“This hotel has great views and located next to the casino and Downtown plenty of things to do. The steaks at the Chop House Restaurant were fabulous. It was a wonderful time.” Mar 31, 2008 by
Jen from Pekin, IL
“It's a very nice hotel, very clean, and the hotel has lots of real plants and trees growing in the middle that you view from your room, as well as a waterfall. The elevators are glass so you can see this view as you're going to your room too. It was very quiet, the pool and whirlpool were clean and nice too. Overall I give it 5 stars, it was a very romantic room and we were very happy with our stay!” Feb 28, 2008 by
Phil from Grand Marais, MN
“Charging for high speed internet, having to change rooms do to drain problems, a coffee maker which did not work and an empty Kleenex box in the bathroom... certainly does not bode well for the Radisson.” Jan 23, 2008 by
Melissa from Blairstown, IA
“We enjoy staying at this hotel. Very comfortable. Nice workout room. The pizzas at the Chop House are awesome and cheap. Love the views from the River side of the hotel.” Jan 19, 2008 by
Marcia from Crown Point, IN
“The coffee maker wasn't cleaned, the exhaust fan in the room did not work and it was on the wall, with large openings, it reminded me of someone hiding a video camera in it, so I covered it.” Nov 7, 2007 by
Mary from Plainfield, IL
“Perfect location and friendly staff.” Nov 4, 2007 by
Steve from Cincinnati, OH
“Over-all very pleased with hotel. Called for directions and given directions quickly. Use of business center very helpful.” Sep 13, 2007 by
Krista from Burlington, IA
“Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here. The room was very comfortable and the bed was absolutely wonderful. The only problem we had was our room key. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didnt. That got very frustrating as we were locked out of a side entrance and had to go all the way around the building. Would recommend staying here.” Jul 31, 2007 by
Michael from Tacoma, WA
“Again this stay was a gift for my in-laws. They had the best time ever.” Jun 8, 2007 by
Larry from Maple Grove, MN
“The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The gym was small with only one elliptical machine. The bar and restaurant closed much too early (10pm) so late meals or dessert and/or cocktails are not an option.” Mar 17, 2007 by
Jennifer from Chicago, IL
“It's a typical Radisson, in a small town, so everything is closed too early.” Mar 14, 2007 by
Leslie from Ottumwa, IA
“The hotel is spotless, the staff is helpful. Sleep number beds are comfortable. The lobby has a fountain, baby grand piano and a nice lounge. The pool and spa are nice. The river center and Adler theatre are accessible through the skywalks and one of the gambling boats is less than a block.” Feb 28, 2006 by
Debby from Merrimac, WI
“Nice room, great location front desk verbally placed blame on me for failing to notify the "correct" people about toilet problems. Not repaired for more than 8 hours.” Nov 12, 2005 by
Terri from La Harpe, IL
“Wonderful place to stay - parking did cost $5 extra but was worth it. The staff was super friendly and warm and gracious. They have the beds that you can adjust for hardness/softness, that was a wonderful feature.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Oct 13, 2004 by
