• Rocking chairs in front of building.
• Lobby smelled like glade plug in.

• Free room upgrade.
• Parking lot was full.

“I checked in and only a smoking room was available. I was disappointed, but the room really didn't have an odor so it was fine. After a couple minutes, there was a knock at the door. The clerk said they had a cancellation if I wanted to move. I told her I was fine but she said it would be nice if I moved because it freed the room for a smoker. Also, the cancellation was for a suite! Received the free upgrade and the suite was wonderful!”

“I would recommend this hotel, the staff is friendly, helpful, the pool is nice, rooms are good, & clean. You should not be disappointed.”

• The room was non-smoking
  and smelled like mildew/smoke.

“The room is fairly clean, but the non-smoking room smelled musty and a little like smoke. Even though I made it clear that we had a baby that was recovering from surgery and could not be in smoky room. There was also a loud teenage party on one of the upper floors that could be heard from outside the hotel.”

• Charming lobby with oak staircase, popouri aroma; pass to Gold's gym.
• Gym not on-site.

“This was better than we had expected. Charming curbside and inside. Staff was
very friendly to us and the
grandparents we met who were which breakfasting with their six young grandchildren.”

• Great breakfast service.
• A tad difficult to find in the dark if one is not familiar with the area.

“Not overly large but comfortable rooms and good beds. Firm mattress' and good ventilation in room. Bathrooms are a decent size, water pressure good and the morning breakfast bar/room is well provided, clean and neat. Coffee available in lobby 24/7. Nice porch and sitting area out front of hotel.”

“Hotel was in a good location, rooms were generally clean, staff was AMAZING and nice and made accommodations for us, the food was "okay" but was continental so cannot complain.”

• hot waffles at breakfast bar
• definitely a smoker room- bad smell

“I will not stay at this motel next time. It was only average and the room had a strong cigarette smell. The knob on one of the dresser drawers was falling off. There was an iron mark in the carpet. The room just seemed a little shabby.”
