• Secured outside entry doors, dining room always open for coffee, cookies, etc. not just breakfast.

“The executive king suite was exceptionally nice. Hotel is conveniently close to the casino, and the complimentary breakfast was very nice. Such a treat to have milk and cookies before going to bed.”

• Very friendly employees, great location, well maintained.
• The pool and fitness room were small. The outdoor patio was small.

“This hotel was practically brand new. My room was very comfortable. The staff was always helpful. The location is fantastic for someone who likes to be steps away from a great casino like the Horseshoe and a dog track like Bluffs Run.”

• The music I heard when I entered, the breakfast, and the bed, the arcade.
• There was a special one time use napkin on the bathroom counter that had a stain on the underside of it.

“My overall experience with this hotel was a great one. The employees were very helpful; the room was clean and comfortable. I was able to easily locate an ATM, ice, and snacks. The arcade was enjoyable and the free breakfast was fantastic.”

• The continental breakfast was great and the rooms were clean.
• Not easy to get to since it is behind the casino and not always convinced map quest is right, but it did get us there.

“The hotel is worthy of a 2 star rating, the rooms are equal to a super 8. The lobby is very nice and the breakfast was good, however crowded.”

• Would have been nice to have a restaurant on-site as I was too tired to go out.

• The staff was wonderful, so was room & facilities.
• Can't think of anything.

“The staff at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The airlines lost my luggage and the staff did everything they could (much more than Frontier airlines did) to replace toiletries etc. I cannot recommend it enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan to go back.”

• Great breakfast and high speed internet.
• Employees were very unfriendly.

“Overall the Country Inn is very nice. Its location is perfect for leisure just minutes away from the Henry Dourly Zoo and right next door to the Horseshoe Casino. Free high speed internet was a great asset and the free breakfast was great. The staff however was very unfriendly and housekeeping came very early before check out time.”

• Could here everything through the walls and people walking above you.

“I have stayed at several country inn and suites. Each experience I have had before this trip has been great. The walls and floors in this hotel must have been made out of paper. You could hear the people in the next rooms and above as if they were in the same room with you. When the guests walked in the room above it sounded as if they were going to come through the ceiling. Very unpleasant stay.”

• It is within 5 minutes to downtown Omaha.
• Its kind of hard to find when you come off the interstate.

• Everyone was great to us, and the breakfast was awesome!
• I didn't like that the Internet connection was only dial-up.

“This hotel was clean and quiet considering that our room was facing the front of the nearby casino. It was within 10 minutes of the Zoo, and only 15 minutes to the children's museum. The hotel pool was nicely maintained and the breakfast there was great!”

“This hotel is located close to the interstate but yet far enough so there wasn't any traffic noise. The price was right. There are restaurants and a casino nearby. It is an attractive hotel. We would like to book another room there for September 15-16 but so far is sold out. Thanks.”

“The hotel is good for a business traveler that's in and out. I wouldn't stay at this particular hotel for more than a day. The staff was a little rude and not business-like whatsoever. They were wearing night-club type attire.”

• It was close to Cabela's, huge sporting goods store.
• Poor parking lot design - most parking stalls were on the backside of the building where there was limited access to get in.

• Large room didn't feel so hotel...
• Chair to sit in and watch TV wasn't comfortable and computer desk chair was a little low

“Over all it was a great stay. The elevator was down for a couple of hours, but staff called in a maintenance crew immediately and the problem was solved in good time. Clean room and bed was comfortable with excellent pillows. Plenty of hot water. Great place to stay.”

• Very clean and the help desk were very courteous and friendly.
• It was a little hard to find because they didn't really have a nice big sign leading to it.

“It was a nice, new facility but it was located on the convention center property and close to the Casinos. It is best suited for those groups going to Council Bluffs to play the Casinos.”

• I like this chain and was glad that is where I got my rooms.
