• I like the friendly kitchen staff.
• I hated that I couldn't get online, I was only on the 5th floor and not even at the end of the hall.

“I am currently at the business center paying $5.95 per 15 minutes of online time, so I had to pay for 2 sessions that I shouldn't have paid for in the first place because I have a computer, just couldn't get online because of my room location! Another thing was the tub in the bathroom was draining so slow, and soon after I noticed the sink was slow too.”

• The kitchen was great for my family.
• Access was a little inconvenient.

“The suite was clean and comfortable and sized just right for my family. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating - they even provided us with breakfast items to go since we had to leave at 6:30am.

• Room was very quiet. Staff were amazing!!
• Not enough tables for the breakfast buffet.

“Large,quiet rooms with a full kitchen,stocked with cooking untensils, dishes, etc. Full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Heated pool and jacuzzi. 24 hour work out room and the friendliest staff we have ever encountered. They were fabulous and very helpful!”

• They washed the coffee pot. And the pillows were soft.
• Wireless network kept dropping. Need network plug in bedroom.

“The hotel was nice. Pillows were soft, bed was soft. Room service with different business establishments in the vicinity. Plus a complementary breakfast each morning. Staff was very friendly. I have no complaints about this hotel.”

• Spacious suite, free full breakfast, free computer use, free laundry facilities.
• Check in clerk tried to check me into handicapped room.

“Handicapped room, in which everything is low and awkward. I told him I was a Priority Clubs member and he said he would change my room. From then on, everything was fine, great free breakfast, free laundry facilities and free computer and printing use to name a few. Rooms are clean and maintained, except my toilet knob was loose. Rest of staff with the exception of the guy who checked me in was very friendly and helpful.”

• The room was quaint area was quiet and good.
• Desk in room made it crowded.

“The office staff at check in was very organized helpful. He was a willing and able person to help in any way. The area was nice and quiet near major streets. The room was nice well positioned except the desk in such a small room could may be have been put in living room area. All in all it was a great stay. We attended a wedding in Palos Verde's country club. Hotel was close by. We would hotel itself to everyone.”

• Overall very comfortable and plenty of space for the family.
• They do not have a sport court. Long check in time.

“This hotel is very nice for a long stay. The rooms and breakfast were very nice. The wireless internet needs to be enhanced - did not work well in the rooms. This was a large disappointment to my children.”

• The accommodations.
• The "rift-raft" that were hanging outside the rooms being nasty.

“I enjoyed the accommodations. The breakfast buffet was a bonus with plenty of selection for all ethnicities. The staff was pleasant and very helpful.”

• Free hot breakfast, pool, bbq's, suites, kitchens.
• Beds and pillows and linens not comfortable.

“I really loved this hotel! It's great for families as well as business travelers. The full kitchens are lovely, along with the living room area. The only thing I didn't like is the bed. I would like to see them upgrade the bed, pillows, and linens to something more comfortable. The proximity to stores is excellent and the beach is very close. The grounds are lovely. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Accommodations were better than expected and the breakfast bar also exceeded my expectations. Nice and friendly staff, sincere.
• At check in there wasn't any record of prepayment and it had to be resolved.
