• It was convenient.
• They did not clean my room daily.

“Room service was lazy. They did not make up my room daily. Using the excuse that I did not leave my room prior to 1pm, however I was out daily prior to noon. I feel for the price I paid, regardless, my room should have been taken care of daily. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned on any day.”

• Very clean.
• Breakfast buffet poor and the coffee cups had a hole at the bottom, I got burnt.

• The hotel is conveniently located to the Parkway and I-95 and free wireless internet is available.
• Staff was not friendly, rather a bit smug.

“A nice hotel. This hotel was clean and well kept and was easily accessible to I-95 an the Parkway. Wireless internet access is available free of charge, and a complimentary continental breakfast buffet is available on the first floor. It is perfect for business travelers. The front desk staff was not especially friendly and could probably benefit from a seminar in customer service and relations. Overall, our stay was quite pleasant, and we would recommend this hotel to business travelers.”

• Clean and nicely decorated, well kept up.
• Had to have a room key to get back in from the pool.

“The rooms were very comfortable. They were nicely decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable.”

• Convenient location.
• Hotel double charged me, took al long time to refund money, and were very rude during communications to get money.

“Right off the highway and a short drive to the beach. Fairly clean, large room. Gentleman at front desk was very friendly and helpful. During 2 weeks following stay, many attempts were made to contact hotel (long distance), and staff was very rude to me. This was always the same employee, never the very friendly gentleman that had helped us during our stay.”
