• Old, cheap looking rooms. Noisy

“Typical old Florida resort that can't make up it's mind what it wants to be. Guests were a mix of families with young kids and retirees. Steel drum music by the pool competing the Karaoke, paper roses next door in the dining room.”

• Very nice suite, on the beach, close to Interstate but not too close.
• Lousy internet connection, seedy bar and customers down the street but plenty of police presence.

“Good value for cost. If you're going out to eat, drive up the beach to the PGA Blvd/US 1 intersection, turn right and start looking.”

• The lay-out of the suite is excellent for providing privacy for multiple people.
• High charges for beach chairs, umbrella, cabana. No personal umbrellas allowed.

“This is a beautiful venue for families or reunions of friends/family. Facilities are well-maintained. Living area couch is a king size hide-a-bed. Pool and beach area are kept immaculately. Very safe to led teens have some freedom.”

• Plenty of space, suites rather than a hotel room. Friendly staff.
• Parking lot charge, charges for beach chairs, etc. Broken toilet seat cover never replaced.

“An older facility, not exceptionally clean or maintained. Not a resort as name indicates. Nickel & dime extras for parking, beach chairs, cabanas, etc.”

• Loved the size of my room/loved the location on the beach.
• Lots of kids that like to start the day early.

“Very nice upscale resort. Room was perfect in size and had everything we needed. The resort was well manicured inside and out. Must travel to this area occasionally for work and have found my place to stay with those visits.”

• Suite style rooms.
• Room location (no flexibility); pool crowding.

“Room was nice, but first floor, no view placement and no flexibility on exchange. King bed instead of two full (preferred). But room and resort were nice and a good value. Pool area very crowded, not enough chairs for patrons - but nice pool and surroundings. Overall good experience, will return.”

• Nice layout of rooms, outdoor areas, good facilities.
• Can't get hot water in the afternoon when many others are showering.

“Overall, a very comfortable hotel. Suites are nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable for my wife and me. The rooms have refrigerators, microwave, and cook top, but there is no oven, which is a problem if you want to dine in for a night. The hot water took a long time to get to our room on the end of the hotel, and if the hotel is busy then you may not get any at all. If you shower at odd hours then there is plenty of hot water. The room comes with complementary high-speed Internet, which was nice for keeping in touch with business and family. We ate lunch at the restaurant one afternoon and it was no great shakes. I was impressed that they offer child care for families with kids. I would stay there again.”

• Beach location and great suites very useful clean well decorated.
• Horrible costumer service rude not friendly not willing to work with guest and their needs.

“The suites are very clean, nice with a full size kitchen. Beach is wonderful but pool was under construction so didn't have the chance to enjoy it. The personnel wasn't friendly. We wanted a beach front view but instead got a parking lot view. Expect resort fees like parking lot safe's fee and others. Staff not willing to work or pleased guest. The location is very central about 15 min from West Palm Mall and restaurant area. Kind of rough looking but cops patrol all night and all day the area. Overall, enjoyed suite and beach very much not to happy about service.”

• Private beach with rental umbrellas available.
• Trying to sell you a condo while you are there.

• Proximity to ocean. Very nice.
• Charging for beach chairs was a little absurd ---$30 for a chair!! Umbrellas were worse.

“Nice place. Location, proximity to the ocean is very nice. Restaurant was snack type food. Charge for parking, safe and beach chairs. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth.”
