“Great and convienent location and a delicious restaurant a half mile away called Gargees.” Nov 18, 2009 by
Chuck from Sebastian,FL
“Not a good deal for the money. Additional parking charges, very small TV with bad picture. No complimentary coffee. Uncomfortable bed.” Oct 28, 2009 by
Laura from Jacksonville,FL
“Overall, was dissatisfied with the hotel. Very noisy. The room would not remain at a constant cool temperature. Parking fee was too high.” Sep 18, 2009 by
Jose from N. Charleston,SC
“Great hotel. Accessible to many establishments i.e. Disney World, different restaurants.” Aug 7, 2009 by
Bob from Fort Myers,FL
“Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile.” Jul 4, 2009 by
Margaret from San Antonio,TX
“I fount the facilities needing quite a bit more attention as to making them clean. Hallways and bathrooms smell. There is quite a bit of noise, especially since the train horn goes off several times at night (a railroad crossing one block over). One can hear the doors down the hall closing. Rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. There is high speed internet with very comfortable desk. The closet has a safe large enough to hold a full size laptop for safeguarding.” Jun 26, 2009 by
Jim from Orlando,FL
“Very clean and comfortable, family friendly, safe & secure. The valet staff was extremely rude not only to myself but to the other 5 people that booked separate room reservations. Just because I was not driving a Mercedes ar BMW doesn't mean that I should have been treated any different. What these people didn't know is that I own a chain of Corporate Cafe's and a Catering business. There was not one other car in the valet area and I told them I was picking up a guest and they told me I had to move. After I moved a gentleman in a BMW pulled up and said he had to go up to his room to pick something up and the valet guy told him just to stay where he was. This was totally uncalled for and I would never valet my car at that hotel. Overall I would stay there again.” Jun 15, 2009 by
Clarke from Montgomery,AL
“This obviously was a nice higher end hotel 15 or so years ago, but now it appears to show its age. The staff was excellent but the facility wasn't 3.5 star in my view. This is the second time I have experienced a hotel. Parking was an additional $12 per day.” Jun 11, 2009 by
Lori from Greenacres,FL
“Hotel was nice, staff was friendly and pool was small but clean.” Jun 1, 2009 by
David from Pinellas Park,FL
“Great place to stay! We were on the 12th floor and had a gorgeous view of the sunrise the next morning! Very comfortable and relatively quiet room. The only noise we heard was from the door to the room next door. (There were apparently some teens on a trip and they were in the next room. They weren't careful with how hard they closed the door.) Other than that, it was a great night's rest!” May 29, 2009 by
Derek from Portales,NM
“I named my own price for a Disney hotel not for a Downtown Orlando hotel.” May 28, 2009 by
Millicent from Austin,TX
“Extremely convenient to downtown Orlando and a great location if you're purposely trying to stay away from Disney and the obvious attractions.” Apr 30, 2009 by
Guillermo from St Petersburg,FL
“Overall great location/staff/rate. Nice big clean room. Great comfortable bed.” Apr 28, 2009 by
Anthony from Denver,CO “Hotel was a wonderful value - nice location and significantly cheaper than my colleagues paid at hotel 3 blocks away! Felt safe and enjoyed nice room service.” Apr 20, 2009 by
Patti from Palm City,FL
“The room was very clean, but I did not like that I had to pay for parking and I had to circle the hotel 3 times before I found the entrance, which was no small feat since downtown Orlando is very busy.” Apr 12, 2009 by
Ray from Jupiter,FL
“The hotel was very easy to find the name was on the top of the tall building and there was not another hotel on the block the exit took us right to the hotel lobby just followed the road around. The staff was very friendly even though it was late when we checked in. The lobby was very modern and inviting. There was a bar open it looked very laid back and approachable. The room was on a quite floor on the corner it overlooked the freeway and the lake a very nice view at night. The furniture was very pleasing and the bed was unexpectedly large and comfortable there was all so a large leather sofa very nice. The shower tub was spacious The bathroom was very nice and up to date. The pool was a roof top with a hot tub we did not get a chance to us them the hot tub was crowded and the pool was very cloudy from the weekend it was Sunday night. The work out room was very up to date. There were a handful of different machines they all had cable TV very nice touch. The only problem was the extra charge for parking very high. It did not seem necessary for the area or for paying guest.” Apr 9, 2009 by
Glen from Gainesville,FL
“Typical Sheraton quality. A little older with less than excellent TV reception on older tube set. Restaurant and room service was very good.” Apr 4, 2009 by
Jane from Drexel Hill,PA
“Nice hotel in uptown Orlando with convenient parking and not too far from downtown (but not walking distance). Does not provide a microwave or refrigerator.” Apr 2, 2009 by
Melissa from Lawrenceville,GA
“The hotel was very satisfying. I was happy.” Mar 30, 2009 by
John from Shoreham,NY
“As a Business Traveler I would stay there again.” Mar 18, 2009 by
Pat from Belleville,MI
“Downtown location was far from convention center.” Mar 18, 2009 by
Rachel from Rocklin,CA
“If you are looking for a hotel in downtown Orlando near freeways, this would be a hotel for you. The lobby has a Starbucks which is convenient for coffee drinkers and there is plenty of seating. Keep in mind that if you are parking a car there is a daily fee if you use the parking garage. The rooms are average with no microwave or refrigerator and the beds are not that comfortable. Be prepared to toss and turn all night. Bring earplugs because you will also hear the train and freeway noise since it is right next to both. You can also hear every noise coming from the hallway. The staff were friendly enough during the stay.” Mar 14, 2009 by
Michael from Orlando,FL
“No sign to designate entrance (went around the block and came in through the back of the parking garage). The girl who checked me told me there were luggage dollies up in the parking garage. No dollies, 12 bucks to park. No entrance to hotel from garage and had to go back to main door, get a dolly, go up and get my stuff then down to lobby to take elevator up to my room. I would never refer anyone to stay here.” Mar 11, 2009 by
M from Melbourne,FL
“The hotel was great, staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and smooth stay.” Mar 10, 2009 by
Jeff from Port Saint Lucie,FL
“Once you got past the friendly staff and beautiful lobby, you saw the real hotel. This is a two star hotel at best masquerading as a three star hotel. The workout facilities only had treadmills and elliptical machines and about half of them were functional. Our room had loose and broken tile in the shower and the a/c was out most of the night. Not to mention the out of control children and drunks in the hall and in the next room.” Mar 6, 2009 by
Bruce from Ocala,FL “I admit at first I was taken back a little by the Resort fee. However after our stay we felt that it was a very fair fee. You received a lot for this small charge. We were well pleased.” Feb 25, 2009 by
Shane from Soddy Daisy,TN
“The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were standard. Nothing worth mentioning. The walls were very thin. I heard people walking down the halls and even a train blowing it's horn. Yes I said a train. They also charged me $12 a day for parking. I can't stand it when hotel's do that. Just add it into the cost of the room per night. I don't like getting nickeled and dimed for everything. I will not stay at this location or hotel again.” Feb 22, 2009 by
from Pooler,GA
“Room was nice, overcharged at the lounge, charge removed after complaint. Left message with bell captain re cleaning of room since I couldn't communicate with maid.” Feb 19, 2009 by
Chelsea from Palm Coast,FL
“This hotel was pretty nice. They really need to clean the hall carpets. I like the location and the secluded feeling.” Feb 18, 2009 by
Matt from Irmo,SC
“This is a very nice hotel. The staff was very pleasant, the room was clean and well decorated, and the food and drinks were reasonable. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, an ATM, and pretty nice bar and a pool. I saw a man with a large dog, so I guess that they allow pets too. It was awesome. Valet is available, they have their own parking garage, which was very convenient.” Feb 16, 2009 by
John from Orland Hills,IL
“The room had a nice set-up but the carpet was torn in the room. The pool was well kept but the hot tub (spa) did not work, which a major reason for my choice was the hot tub. The food and drinks at the hotel are horribly over priced and there staff has not had proper training to do there job. I asked them to fix the hot tub 5 times, and every time they would tell me they would take care of it they never did. I was not satisfied with my stay.” Feb 5, 2009 by
Alan from Wasilla,AK
“Good access to freeway. Nice view overlooking lake. Good for people wanting to stay on north side of down.” Feb 4, 2009 by
Sally from Port Charlotte,FL
“I would recommend this hotel. We were in room and the thermostat did not work. Other than that, this is a nice hotel.” Feb 2, 2009 by
mary from Rockford,IL
“Overall I would have liked this hotel more if I were not with my kids . The staff was not used to having kids around and some of them would glare at us.I would say this hotel is more well suited for thhe busisses traveler.” Jan 27, 2009 by
Cathie from Vero Beach,FL
“The Downtown Orlando Sheraton is great . The rooms are very cozy and plush. It sits in a great location to I4.” Jan 21, 2009 by
Carol from Pembroke Pines,FL
“The hotel was nice. Only thing was not much parking on the street and was surprise to be charged for self parking.” Jan 20, 2009 by
William from Flatwoods,KY
“Ridiculously poorly run. The staff appeared as if they were all on their first day. One problem after another. Internet not working, air conditioner turned off. You name it.” Jan 20, 2009 by
Adam from Fort Lauderdale,FL
“The hotel is very nice with a very helpful staff. The Starbucks in the lobby definitely helped kick start the day. The room was a decent size with a nice bed. The bathroom was average. What stuck me as exceptional was the complementary water bottle they proved with each room service, where as in most hotels they charge a ridiculous 4 dollars a bottle. Its the little things that make it nice.” Jan 5, 2009 by
Robert from Farmingville,NY
“I was completely disappointed with this hotel booking. First, the room we were given was large but had one problem, a train that came through at about 3am every day with its horn blasting. It sounded like it was right in the room. We mentioned it to the front desk and they were accommodating in suggesting moving to a different room. Unfortunately, the room was much smaller and the train sound although less was still there. In addition, the light in the room was broken the bulb completely separated from the socket. I told the front desk and to their defense, I heard them call it into engineering to fix it but it never did. I mentioned it 2 more times to no avail. The last and most annoying problem was the $15 per day parking.” Nov 9, 2008 by
mary from Neptune Beach,FL
“Nice, friendly hotel with a happy hour.” Oct 25, 2008 by
Philip “Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice, and club level amenities - breakfast and evening snacks were great!” Oct 22, 2008 by
John
“This hotel has undergone a recent renovation to the lobby and rooms. The rooms are comfortable however the pillows were not the best. The toiletries were of good quality. The interior corridors appear not to have been updated and are quite dingy. Overall, a nice hotel for someone who would want to be close to downtown Orlando.” Oct 22, 2008 by
Andrea
“Upscale hotel a short cab ride away from downtown Chicago.” Oct 20, 2008 by

“This hotel is great for business travelers. Wouldn't recommend for families or couples on vacation.” Oct 9, 2008 by

“Good downtown location near restaurants and close enough to attractions, right off I-4 and Orange Ave. Restaurant, heated pool, gift shop, indoor parking, friendly staff, great room.” Jun 27, 2008 by
Danay from West Palm Beach, FL
“The hotel was perfect for my needs, but I did not like the additional fee that you had to pay in order to park. I felt it was an additional way for them to nickel and dime you.” Jun 16, 2008 by
Dawn W. from Safety Harbor, FL
“Good for business travelers. Not a place for kids unless you are getting it for really cheap. Many more locations closer to the action for the price and quality for families but it suited my business needs.” Jun 9, 2008 by
Perry from Fulton, MD
“Upscale three star hotel in great location in downtown Orlando.” Jun 4, 2008 by
Virginia from Cooepr City, FL
“Hotel did not meet my expectations as a 3 star hotel. The rooms were damp and smelled musty. Sheets were damp. Hotel lobby was very nice and loved the Starbucks, other than that, wouldn't choose to stay there again.” May 30, 2008 by
Tammie from Milford, MA
“The Staff was very helpful.”
