• Beds comfortable; Shuttle Service was great; having two bedrooms was wonderful.
• Not exactly the cleanest; needs updating; shower curtain was hard to move; no dishtowels or dishclothes.

“I was on vacation with my daughter and granddaughter (age 7) visiting Disney World. The shuttle service to the parks and shopping was wonderful. We really enjoyed having a two bedroom suite. The grounds was beautiful and well maintained. Having the complimentary breakfast was great; the selection was huge and the food was good; it also saved us a lot of time in the mooring. The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. The beds were very comfortable and clean. However, the suites need a thorough cleaning and updating.”

• I loved that they had 2 bedrooms that sleep 6 and a pull out couch bed.
• The bus schedule to all theme parks.

“Everything was great. the only thing I would fix is the bus schedule to the theme parks. But I just drove to the park instead.”

• Very large spacious rooms.
• It was overbooked; I was charged for a room I didn't receive.

“The hotel accommodations were excellent, however they were over booked. I booked and paid for 2 rooms but was only given one. I was promised a credit, but never got it. I was forced to file a dispute with credit card company.”

• Breakfast buffet was approving average.
• Stair risers rusting out.

“Hotel is centrally located for business and Disney. Breakfast buffet is above average. Pool accommodations were above average. Overall a pleasant stay for 2.5 stars.”
