• Beds were very comfortable and linens were exceptional. Staff was helpful and friendly. $1 trolley available outside door.

“This hotel is a good choice for Pre & Post cruise nights. It was clean, linens on beds were better than average and bed was very comfortable. Very adequate!”

• I liked the continental breakfast.
• I didn't like that there was no pool in the hotel.

“The room was basic. It was nice having the refrigerator in it though. I was surprised that there was no pool in the place but the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.”

• Convenient location, close to port and stores.
• Had sheer window curtains, could not darken room, difficult to sleep.

“This hotel was very convenient for our one night stay before our cruise. It is close to the port and there is a shopping center within walking distance to pick up last minute things needed for our vacation. The hotel is right on the bus line. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the mattress was wonderful, better than home! The only thing I could say that was a negative was that the room we were in only had sheer curtains on the window. The drapes did not close fully to cover the window. As a result people from the opposite hotel could see in our room. The light from outside shown right into our room and we received early morning light which woke us sooner than we normally would have risen. Not a big problem, however, and I would definitely recommend it. However, I think the shuttle to the Port should have been free as was the pickup at the airport.”
