“Hotel was good but our room was noisy, could hear road noise & people in rooms next to us, way more than normal. Advertised as having sleep number beds but did not find any controls for this. Price was good. I would stay here again, but would have to get a room that was not facing the road.” Nov 16, 2007 by

“Hotel was under significant renovation. The lobby, meeting rooms and all main area with exception of individual rooms were torn up. Concrete floors throughout. Parking was complimentary which was appreciated, especially in the bay area. In my opinion, hotel should not be open during this major renovation. Room was very comfortable. Shower water pressure poor. All necessary amenities were provided for bath.” Oct 29, 2007 by

“All in all, great hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They let me check in early and use a room to change out of my business attire even after I checked out. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Watch out for the breakfast buffet though. It looks like a complimentary hot buffet, but its not, and you'll be out $11 per person.” Aug 31, 2007 by

“An excellent hotel. Very comfortable rooms, secure parking and good location to major highways.” Aug 13, 2007 by

“The staff at the Sunnyvale Radisson treated me and my daughter, like "royalty" (seriously). The room was very clean and neat. I have never slept in a bed so comfortable (I want one of those beds, at home). Our first night in town, we got lost called the hotel, and received (friendly) help, and directions back to (again) And very friendly hotel staff. It was just unbelievable. It's hard to find that kind of "service" anymore.” Aug 1, 2007 by

“This is my second time staying in a Radisson for business travel and what an awful hotel chain! The one in Sunnyvale, CA had a nice entrance going in but the staff was rude and unhelpful. This hotel isn't kid friendly and the maids do a horrible job of cleaning. I stayed 6 nights and each day I had to leave notes for the maids on what they missed on cleaning the day before. The staff is noisy and when delivering me extra towels that the maid didn't bring when requested, she was rude & unpolite when I opened the door. Again, I brought my wife and kids with me as I usually do for business travel and this is the 1st time in my many business trips I have had any type of problems. They try to shun my wife and kids out of the lobby every time they walked in thru the front entrance because of the conventions and business travelers. Just forget about the swimming pool, they didn't want them going anywhere near it! A cruddy hotel and the only good thing I liked were the big bathrooms, fridge, microwave, and sleep # bed in standard room. In the end when we were checking out on Saturday morning, we were told we would be able to get Saturday morning buffet free because of the long stay of nights and but suddenly we were asked by the manager to pay for the buffet. Let me state if you stay at the hotel for Friday night, it's standard to get break feast buffet free as stated when checking in. We left in disgusted and went to Denny's 2 blocks away and had a great breakfast there. Again, the Radisson in Sunnyvale, CA is a big No! Run away!” Jun 9, 2007 by

“Was given worse room - far from lobby, large parking lot window next to trailer park, safety concerns. However was able to switch rooms.” Feb 14, 2007 by

“I would stay again.” Jan 27, 2007 by

“Solid, basic hotel with was, good breakfast buffet, select comfort beds, but few other frills. No real restaurant, e.g.” Hotel Representatives:
