• Location is very good. Just off the highway.
• The rug was not clean or vacuum daily.

• Looks Good on outside, good location.
• Water leaked out of shower, didn't seem to be a 3 star hotel.

“The hotel was in a good spot, but the shower would leak into the floor. It happened to myself and my wife, so it seems they used a cheap shower cloth. Anyways, it was Tokay, but just didn't seems like a 3 star hotel. The place is being demolished and rebuilt.”

• Beautiful bedding. I thought of ordering it for myself.
• Some cosmetic problems, like wallpaper peeling in the corners by the ceiling.

“We loved our stay in this hotel, and were glad that we could stay for more than 1 day. My friend slept for 11 straight hours, the beds were so comfortable. The area itself was also very nice, due to the duck pond on hotel property.”

“We were lucky enough to get this hotel last time as well. It is wonderful. When we checked in they had put us by the door and the ice-machine, a little noisy. I called and then changed our room instantly, no problem.”

• Nice people and lovely lobby.
• Small dirty rooms that are not very well maintained.

“The lobby is beautiful with attentive staff however the rooms are more vintage cheap motel and there are a lot of them. With so many rooms it is difficult to enjoy the pool or amenities since the rooms can be very far away.”

• Please rate this hotel, it is a superficial rehab of an old, dirty, noisy motel. Not a 3* property.
• Noisy, dirty, old.

“This is a superficial makeover of an old motel. New bed linens and hairdryers do little to detract from the old dirty bathrooms, stained carpets, and noisy wall shaker ventilation system. Avoid this property at all costs.”

• Beautiful landscaping and very friendly staff.

“We arrived late and were hungry but the restaurant staff cheerfully served us. The front desk clerk was super nice and gave us detailed instructions how to get to the Winchester Mystery house. Also the hotel is very close to Paramount's Great Adventure theme park. Behind the hotel, the clean pool and hot tub look out onto a beautifully landscaped area with a large pond with fountains , bridges, and weeping willow trees, very peaceful. There was a walkway along the pond and ducks my daughter had fun feeding. The parking was free and plentiful and the room, while not luxurious was clean and quite new looking.”

“I am writing this review from 4 points sheraton in pleasanton. FP Sunnyvale is NOT a 3 star hotel. Maybe 1 1/2 @ best. We had no beadspreads or comforters on the beds and 3 pillows for two queen beds and 2 towels. When we called for more pillows, they told us they were completely booked and had no pillows to bring us. I could'nt believe my ears! ”

• Many features that are expected did not work: shower

“I would highly reccomend maintenance on the hotel. It did not seem like there was frequent maintenance done and the overall hotel suffered: The shower did not work properly, the remote was missing, the TV was unplugged due to a faulty power splitter, etc. These things should be checked frequently to ensure customer satisfaction”

• accomodating to a family with small children that are unable to have a room of their own
• the hours of airport shuttle weren't accomodating for an early departure

“The room was clean and large enough for our family of five. The front desk was accomodating. The hours of the airport shuttle didn't work for an early departure, so we had to pay an extra 100 dollars for parking.”

• Cheap and plain, not a 3 star, shouldn't be a "Sheraton"

“Most of the "Four Points" aren't great and I learned a long time ago that they weren't really Sheratons. Although some are quite nice, this isn't one of them. You should stop peddling them as three stars, I've stayed in better Best Westerns. ”

“Everything was lovely, clean, friendly, and inviting. The beds were extremely hard and we did not sleep well because of those mattresses. Overall, we would, however, stay there again....taking our own down mattress covers.”

• It in no way is a 3 star hotel. Frankly, it should be a 2 1/2.

“Hotel is relatively run-down and shabby. It appears that in the past it was an appartment complex of several separate buildings. The carpet is old a mildewy. I would change the rating of this hotel to 2 1/2 or 2 stars.”

“The overall experience was good at this hotel. The hotel is older so expect a brand new room, although the room I was in had a brand new Serna Mattress on the bed. This hotel has a small lake and a nice pool and spa.”

• The front desk staff is a bit slow. I waited for a long time during check-in.

“I had wait in line during check-in for sometime. By the time I was assisted, my front desk clerk was so busy with answering phones. Guests came after me were all checked in before me.”

“This was a horrible hotel! The rooms have "lipstick" cover-up of cruddy painted walls and old bathrooms. This hotel needs a RENOVATION!!! The floors are so dirty and also my room had BURN marks on 2 tables. Half the light bulbs were out and it took over 4 hours to get a Fridge that I ordered. Along with 6 calls to the Front Desk! Stay Away!”

“I don't know the history, but I suspect that Sheraton recently acquired this property from a budget hotel chain. They are currently (May 2005) doing renovations. The room I stayed in was a 1960s style hotel room, updated in the early 80s. The shower barely worked. It was fine, but not what I expected.”

• Very accesssible to the convention center. Nice staff.
• The room was on the 2nd floor and no elevator. We requested a change and were given a room where there was an elevator.

“It was a nice hotel with a coffee pot and a clean hotel. I did not give a credit card for the phone etc. I was unable to call the front desk and I told them I thought that was pretty risky for them. In an emergency, I could not reach them. I called the front desk with my cell phone and told them of my concern.”

“Chairs in room stained, carpet worn and fraying, TV stand chipped and worn,noisy in the morning when guests leave as the doors slam. Carts rolling over a cobble stone hallway that is very noisy by employees. Was told printer in business center was not working, so I could not print by airline boarding pass. This pushed me to to the back of the line on Southwest and I then had to sit in a middle seat of the plane. home.”

• It is consistently the worst hotel

“This four points hotel is NOT a good experience.The beds are horrible. Plus the pillows under the pillow case in building 7 are brown. The staff explains that some rooms are renovated while others are not. Renovated or not, Four points rooms (in any building) are the most uncomfortable in all of my business travel. I travel every week. ”

• no kitchenette nor refrigerator and no compliance with ADA FOR Deaf guests, not providing hearing impaired kit (alarm, TDD, etc)

“I did not like it or the room, therefore I quietly left, never slept a single day there, so my money went into smoke with this reservation.
There is no ADA compliance in providing hearing impaired kit (alarm, TDD) and there is no kitchenette nor refrigerator in the room.”
