• Clean room.
• Did not feel safe due to multiple signs up explaining "we are not liable for injury, theft, etc." Made me worry more.

“This hotel was just above a motel 6 in a bad neighborhood. Can't imagine why anyone would stay in this hotel unless others are booked.”

• Nothing.

“The hotel is located next to a vacant building; when you arrive in the parking lot, one room on the third floor had tape where the doorknob should have been, as if the door knob had been kicked in; the elevator and hallways were dark and dreary. I felt unsafe as I was traveling with my daughter. The hotel room itself had a really horrible smell. I opened the windows, but the smell would not dissipate. I ended up checking out on the same day I checked in and incurred additional monies at a better hotel.”

• Location was OK.
• The carpet in the rooms are stained and need replacing. The continental morning service is small and very crowed. The internet is difficult to log in.

• We liked the safety and appearance. The room was very clean. The only thing we like about the continental breakfast was the fruit and cereal.
• No shuttle available for Disneyland. Strong cleaning agent smell upon entering lobby- you know they have odorless cleaners available.

“We liked the cleanliness and safety of this hotel. Parking is terrible, felt like we were packed in like sardines! The only thing we liked for continental breakfast was the fruit and cereal. The ham was cold and the French toast wasn't hot! Initially, our room was very stuffy, the beds were very uncomfortable either too hard or too soft! The room had 2 queen size beds. We liked having a microwave and the size of our refrigerator was more than adequate, it wasn't small.”

• The room's bathroom was the most up to date part of the room. Nice Jet tub.
• The air conditioning didn't work well enough even though we had it blasting all night!

“Overall, this hotel is not a bad place to stay. It did not meet my expectations of a Best Western. The location was relatively close to amenities and food. The breakfast was basic, but better then most economy hotel complimentary breakfasts. The room was very large but the decor was awful! The bathroom smelled like vinegar (strong) for the first 4 hrs we were there. I would rather try something else before I went back to this hotel, because of the rooms size it would be nice for a traveling family. There were smoking rooms located on all of the floors and the whole hotel and room smelled like smoke even in non-smoking rooms!”

• The bed and pillows were comfortable.
• A/c sounded like a vacuum. Kids stomping above us. Shower rod falling off of wall.

“Overall not bad. The shower rod was falling off the wall on both sides, the A/C unit was cool but loud and annoying (It was between 96 and 102 during the day). We arrived 15 min before, breakfast closed at 9:00 am nothing was left not even milk or cream for coffee.”

• There was nothing I liked about this hotel. Including the four foot dirty pool.
• The staff was rude and degrading. What kind of hotel hands you a plunger and tells you to plung it yourself.

“This was the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had the staff was very friendly on the phone telling us there was no problem with the requests we had, but once we got there they were rude and nasty.”

• Clean, sparkling, quiet, courteous staff, modern facilities.
• Nothing.

“The staff was very courteous and very helpful. I felt safe and enjoyed the quietness of the hotel. It was one of the best hotels that I have stayed in for the money. I rested before my long trip from la to Brisbane, Australia. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Disneyland, the price you can't beat and the amenities are great too.”

• Too far from Disneyland, staff unfriendly, daily breakfast was horrible.

“I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends. It was far from the resort, breakfast buffet was totally misrepresented, coffee maker didn't work in room, and room was either too hot or too cold. It was definitely not a 2 and 1/2 star hotel by any means.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• The breakfast room was small and rather warm - temperature wise.

“The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is pretty small, but no one in it seemed to mind too much. It is close to area attractions. The fridge and microwave was convenient. Overall, this was a good buy - I would stay again.”

• The rooms appeared to have been remodeled and upgraded.
• Geographic area, outside parking areas not attractive.

“We had difficulty upon check-in. The clerk was rude and impatient. The hotel interior was nice and clean. Room was nice with upgraded bathroom fixtures and comfortable beds. Microwave, refrigerator, iron, and board.”

• Very family friendly. Very close to tourist attractions.
• Shower was hard to operate and access hot water. The eggs and sausage were not edible at the free breakfast buffet. No fruits available after 8 a.m.

“Very decent and family friendly. Liked that we had a micro-fridge in the room. Free parking. The buffet should delete the boiled eggs and sausage! Not very edible. We had a very friendly young man help us with any touristy questions. Overall decent stay.”

• I like the way the manger came and check up on us to see if we were okay and to see if we needed anything else.
• No plastic spoons available.

“We are satisfied we got lots of rest and at the same time we visited all the places we wanted to see. The hotel looked very nice, clean in all areas, parking lot, the swimming pool, the hall ways, 217 TV might need some service but it was great.”

• Clean, nice staff, accommodated us with 2 beds/non-smoking.
• Older, bed was uncomfortable, only 2 pillows.

“It was ok. Unexpectedly we had to add another day to our trip and the hotel we were at was full, so for a last minute reservation, it was a place to stay. Although it was a more convenient location for us.”

• Had all simple things we needed, wireless INT, frig, micro, coffee mach etc.

“I compared what this hotel / motel had to offer to similar in the area and the results were favorable. We went to Disneyland and Huntington Beach and my furthest drive was 15 miles. We were away from the convention atmosphere yet in my opinion close to where we needed to go. I recommend this Hotel / motel to people who need to budget or do not and want the most for their buck.”

• Mini suite.
• Listed as close by to Disneyland CA. Not really. Sofa bed old and horrible to sleep on.

“I wanted a hotel close to Disneyland, this was not. I could not have walked or even gone back to the hotel to rest it was too far away. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast fine. Room cleans no surprises there. ”

• Provided upgrade when 2 rooms were not listed on reservation although confirmation # for two was received.
• The air conditioner turned on/off all night, ants were in the bathroom and bedroom, pull out bed uncomfortable.

“I was disappointed in my stay. The breakfast was a disappointment. The air conditioner stayed on all day but come bedtime it turned on and off keeping us awake. The pull out couch was so uncomfortable that the second night my granddaughter chose to sleep on the floor. Ants were in the bathroom and in the bedroom, a few strayed on to the bed.”
