• Has good kitchen to cook for Indians like me.
• No breakfast.

• Very clean room, great staff, pet friendly.
• Can't think of anything that my family did not like.

“A very good value for your money. The staff was all friendly, convenient location, and pet friendly. As an extended stay hotel, no daily housekeeping service, but if you're staying only 3 or 4 days, who needs daily change of towels/linens? This saves on water and detergent and, thus, is good for the environment. The studio type room and shower are very clean. Safe parking area. Will definitely go back to this hotel if happens to be back in the area.”

• The room was very comfortable for the price and quiet.
• Don't have any.

“While staying in the room you did not hear the freeway which was right next door. We were right off the elevator and we didn't hear a thing. I enjoyed the hotel completely for the price.”

“We always stay at this hotel, we are very pleased with there service and price. This trip I was a little disappointed in the bathroom, there was no toilet paper and the drain in the tub did not work well. However, we will go back, this is our favorite place when we come into town.”

• Superior staff, extremely accommodating, the kitchenette was invaluable.
• Cannot think of anything.

“The staff was superior, Leonard was amazing. They are extremely accommodating. The kitchenettes were invaluable. They are convenient to the freeway but there is no noise. Parking lot well lit and safe. In and out burger right around the corner! Everything worked (elevator, iron, ironing board, hair blow-dryer, coffee maker, extra coffee gladly provided upon request, easy chair with foot lift, a/c heat) all perfect. And pet friendly too, we brought our little dog with us for a Christmas visit. This is our 2nd stay; we are convinced and will stay here each visit.”

• Location is off the main street and somewhat difficult to find.

“This hotel offers excellent value. As an extended stay facility, the very clean room has a comfortable lazy boy, many selections on the TV and a full kitchen with utensils, dishes, coffee pot with coffee and microwave oven. The bed was very comfortable. I will stay there again.”

• The room was ready when I arrived, and the front counter person was most helpful.
• The room had a different smell to it, not offensive but not what I would like in my home.

“The Female person at the front counter was most helpful in getting my flight check-in printed. The room was more than I expected for the price and the grounds and hotel was very well cleaned and kept-up. The only negative is there were no lids for the coffee cups for CLUTZ's like me on the run.”

• The facility itself was great. It was nice, clean and in a good location.

“My husband and son had to leave and stay someplace else because the room had only 1 bed. People in the room above us "partied" all night. I had to call management 4x's. On the fourth call I demanded the police are called. I finally went to sleep at 3:00a.m. To have to get up at 5:45 a.m. I'm not happy and have received no compensation!”

• Very good facilities. The staff works hard to keep the facilities clean and in goods order.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“The manager and staff of this facility go out of their way to make you feel at home. At check-in you get a rundown of the way the hotel works, when people staff the front desk (not 24/7) and what to expect. The rooms are generally very good, and if a problem develops, the staff quickly fixes it. Every room has a kitchenette (cook top, microwave, full-size refrigerator, sink, plates, cookware, etc.), but, as with all sea hotels, the room is not made up every day. It can be if you are willing to pay extra, but if you can make your own bed, keep things clean, you can save some money. To me, sea hotels are a cross between a furnished apartment and a hotel. When I am traveling on business for an extended time, I appreciate the opportunity to cook in my room, the large work desk, the recliner, and the nice facilities.”

“Probably one of the best extended stay hotels I've stayed in and I've stayed in some around Minneapolis, Houston and Las Vegas. Most of them kind of stink from the guests or looks like my car might get broken into.”

• The reminder call before checkout was nice.
• The room smelled of bong water, I kid you not. I suggest febrile between guests.

“The lobby was clean, though some atmosphere (music or something) would have been nice. The room was clean, moderately well stocked, and comfortable. It could have smelled better, and the beds could have been slightly more comfortable, but I thought it was a great value for the money and I would definitely stay there again.”

• Room 105 was not of the quality condition other rooms in this hotel are.

“I was a bit disappointed with this stay at ESA. Room 105 had a chair that was extremely stained, the paint on the wall was chipped in areas, and the shower head was broken. The staff did replace the shower head for my 2nd day's stay. There was also a burn stain in front of the kitchenette sink. This particular room would have a 1-star rating.”
