• Location directly across from the beach.
• No common area.

“Very attractive location with first class rooms. Nice detail with intricate tile work. Restaurant is OK, and there is little common area, and no pool or other amenities.”

• The location was great!
• It was over priced. Check in was too late in the day and check out was too early.

“The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The location was perfect. We were only allowed in our room for a short period of time, and for the amount of money we spent it was not worth it. The restaurant service and food were horrible.”

• Hotel has all the basics, great swimming pool/hot tub.
• Rooms were a little motel-esque.

“Great price, location for Santa Barbara. Beach, dining, downtown all accessible by foot. Adequate business facilities inch internet access. Convenient parking. Hotel accommodated extra night stay in the most professional way.”

• Nice clean large rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly and accommodating staff.
• Nothing that I disliked.

“This is a very nice hotel that sits just across the street from the Pacific Ocean. Rooms are well kept, clean and well furnished. The staff are very courteous and eager to help.”

“Great location. Helpful and attentive staff. Lovely ocean view room with private balcony. I would rank this as best location in Santa Barbara. Close to downtown shopping (on State St). Across the street from the ocean.”
