• Front desk was polite and apologized but rooms should have been checked before we check in.
• Nasty, smelly.

“My rooms were nasty and smelly when we arrived after 4. The beds had been made but, the bathrooms were filthy with toothpaste on mirrors, hair in and on tubs. I quickly called the front desk and told the desk clerk of this and informed her that we would be checking out. This is the first time I've ever had to leave a room.”

• Location/convenience.
• It was not a good selection.

“Room was bare bones; if all you needed was a bed and a shower. Concerned about whether the car would be vandalized in the parking lot. No facility; did not offer any amenities. Repeat it was simply a bed and a shower. Wish I had known and I would have stayed at another location.”

• Nothing was positive about this stay!
• For this to have been a motel just off one of the busiest expressways there was no police presence. They need to have regular patrols especially on the weekends.
