• It was located on the riverfront in Augusta which provides beautiful scenery.
• The dust ruffles on the beds were not very clean.

“Overall my experience was good. The only thing I would say is that the room was next to the vending machines. It was a little noisy.”

• The room exceeded my expectations. The location of the room with the view was very overwhelming totally put me in the relaxing mood. The bed awesome!
• The food was a little bland than I 'm use to.

• Location to civic center.
• One of the room vents did not work, therefore only a small part of the room was cool. Very noisy hallways

“This hotel looked like a 4 star hotel everywhere except the actual room. I was very disappointed that there were only sheer curtains that let in a considerable amount of light during the nighttime hours and lots of light and heat during the daytime hours. Both vent should have been working in the room. The room was also the most cramped suite I have ever stayed in. The two queen beds were extremely close to one another, which made it feel as if there was only one bed in the room instead of two. There was poor insulation in the rooms therefore every noise was heard. None of the four people in my room was able to sleep that night due to the noise of people getting off the elevators across from my room.”
