• Absolutely nothing!
• It reminded me of a hotel where a lady of the night would conduct their business.

“Absolutely horrible experience. Charges to credit card that were not valid. Charged $150 smoking fine when there was no one smoking in the room, however there was a bachelor party going on in the hotel with tons of smoke (this was suppose to be a non smoking hotel) and then hotel charged us saying that our room smelled like smoke. The entire hotel smelled of smoke thanks to the party. Numerous calls to the hotel and corporate office did not resolve charges. Had to cancel my credit card and dispute the charges. Hotel had gang type members hanging out in the front lobby harassing guests asking to come up to rooms and this was not stopped. Had to enter and leave by back door to avoid these people. Do not stay here. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. You would be much better off paying more and being comfortable and safe. This rate is appealing but once they get your credit card the final cost to you will be through the roof and they will refuse to reverse any charges. Stay away! And certainly do not bring a child to this hotel as the gang link members hanging out in the front lobby are very scary.”

• The room was nicer than I expected.
• The printer didn't work in the business center and the staff was unable to fix it.

“The hotel was nicer than I expected it to be. It was more than a 2 star rated hotel. I would give it 3.”

• The hotel was located near a lot of familiar chain restaurants.
• The shower head had low water pressure, but it did work.

“It was clean and updated. Free wireless internet and a business center with computers and fax available. I was impressed that the breakfast area had a couple of high chairs.”

• Phone did not work (entire weekend) and no hotel staff members were willing to replace it. Toilet overflowed on 2nd night, without any apologies.

“Horrible! rude staff, inefficient facilities, poor public relations, confusing (at best)directions.”

• Adequate size. Staff was pleasant. Relatively close to downtown Athens.
• The receptionist didn't know the area and was unable to help guide us to the hotel. and the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

“This is a typical comfort inn. The staff was pleasant. Ask for a non-smoking room if you don't like the smell of stale smoke.”
