• I liked the fact that the room had a fridge and microwave, even though I did not use either, I appreciated that they were available.
• I did not like the fact that there was no newspaper on the weekends.

• Very comfortable, good location.
• The AC did work but it still seem humid in the room.

• Probably hotel reception - not really welcoming.

• Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.
• Left a valued personal item in the room after check-out, which was not there a few hours later per hotel staff.

• Comfy bed.
• Bathroom teeny-tiny.

“GREAT location for nightlife and Downtown action. GREAT location for University of Georgia basketball game. However, wouldn't feel safe walking around at night by myself in that area. Staff EXTREMELY friendly. Very clean bathroom.”

• Very clean. Security was very good, even had a security guard.
• Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but detected smoke smell in room. They promptly took care of the problem.

“Room and bedding were very clean. Staff was attentive. Felt safe staying the night. More than enough towels. Had a lot of pillows on the bed to prop your head on. I have never seen that before. I was impressed. I will use them again when we visit again.”

• Clean, friendly, good breakfast, reasonable price.
• Small fitness center, hallways were hot.

• Location.
• The hallways looked scary. Like something out of the shining.

“If you want to go drinking in Athens, this is a great hotel to stay at. It's close to everything.”

• The staff was most friendly and helpful with questions we had about the area.
• The bathroom was smaller than expected.

“The hotel was clean, had many amenities and was convenient to our ultimate destination (UGA). The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay at this hotel again.”

• VERY comfortable bed, very good breakfast selection.
• Parking lot is pretty tight and restricted (due to geography)

“Stayed here based on closeness to university, and because my son's college baseball team was here as well. Very nice room, best bed I've slept in for a motel in quite some time. Nice selection of food for breakfast, close to town and the university.”

• The room was fine no problems cleanliness was good.
• Our room was next to the elevator shaft very noisy security problems at 3:00 a.m. woke us.

“The room was fine no real problems until we were ready to go to sleep the elevator shaft was behind the wall in our room and made noise all night. At 3:00 a.m. we were awoken by security banging on the door of the room next to us this happened twice needless to say we did not sleep very well. The elevator and security problems made this stay very unpleasant.”
