• Good complimentary breakfast. Nice indoor pool. Has business center.
• Cheap materials and surfaces.

• In close proximity to my needs.
• Room was not ready, no local maps, staff not helpful.

“Upon arrival, the room assigned had not been serviced by housekeeping. Reservations were made well in advance, and to be given a room which was not ready for occupancy is inexcusable. The manager could not accommodate my request for a comparable room on the lowest level (had to accept a room on the third floor). The front desk did not have maps of the local area, and in general, the staff was not very helpful with directions. Given the number of other hotels in the area, I would not select this property again if visiting in the Alpharetta/Roswell, GA area.”

“Hotel was overbooked, and they relocated me to Best Western which was an additional exit South, and several more miles out of the way. I would have appreciated a call.”
