“This is not a two star rating. This is not for a Single Female traveling on business. I did not feel safe or felt the room was clean. I got another room in a better part of town.” Aug 21, 2008 by
Denise from Oakland, CA
“The rooms and linen were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. As a single woman traveling alone, safety is a critical issue.” Aug 4, 2008 by
Kevin from East Petersburg, PA
“The environment was shabby, far below the last two-star hotel we stayed at (Hampton Inn Suites). The shower had a broken handle. The pillows were terrible. The door was broken and very hard to lock and in a bad neighborhood, no less. Supplies were not replenished during our two-day stay.” Apr 16, 2008 by
Tina from Dacula, GA
“Overall, was a good hotel (with the exception of the porn channel) good thing I didn't have kids with me! Comfortable, quiet and friendly staff.” Mar 3, 2008 by
gary from Brooklyn, NY
“First, this hotel is no longer a Ramada Limited. It is now Relax Inn, and it is a privately owned pile of junk. In our room, the deadbolt was broken off of the door; the carpets were dirty with a strange sticky substance between the beds. There was a 1.5 inch cigarette burn on one of the bed comforters. The coffee pot had not been washed, still had some old coffee residue within it. It was cracked throughout the bottom so that it couldn't be used to make coffee in the morning. In the shower, the towel bar was removed, leaving two holes in its place. There were only two sets of washcloth/towels for a room that sleeps 4 people. I guess we were supposing to share. There was no internet connection available, wireless or otherwise. The lobby was small and dirty. When we checked out in the morning, it was evident that he had awakened the desk clerk (i.e., owner) out of bed. This is a hotel that I definitely will not stay at again and do not recommend that anyone else do either. I'm sure in its day as a Ramada Limited, it was a fine hotel; I have stayed at Ramada Inns and have been pleased with my room. I suspect, however, that the new owners of Relax Inn of Albany, GA, are still trying to hide behind the Ramada Limited name in order to seem appealing to unsuspecting travelers.” Mar 3, 2008 by

“Our deadbolt was broken off the door, the carpets were dirty, the coffee pot was broken and still had old coffee in it, the shower towel bar was removed, leaving two holes in its place. There were only 2 washcloth/towel sets for a room that sleeps 4 people. The comforter on the bed had a 1.5" hole from a presumed cigarette burn. When we checked out the following morning, it was clear that we had awakened the desk clerk from bed. This was in a very shady part of town; I live in Brooklyn, NY and feel safer here than I did at the Relax Inn of Albany, GA. This was a former Ramada Inn with signage still lying around the premises.” Jan 16, 2008 by

“Nice employees, clean rooms, and cordial services. Would stay there again.” Hotel Representatives:
