- Nothing.
- No air conditioner, window broke, parking $16 a night.
“Horrible experience. Parking is $16 a night, air conditioner didn't work. Slept first night at 78 degrees. Windows broke and didn't open. Right next to airport and planes flying in every 2 minutes with the window open. Woke me up at least 10 times during the night.”

- Good staff, nice fitness room, but very average. A disappointment.
- Very worn. Meal was okay, but presentation and quantity were bad.
“For a Wyndham this hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Great staff, poor tools for them to work with. Fitness room was good, but each piece of equipment had something wrong with it. My meal looked like something I would put together last minute at home. 'Good, luckily nobody else has to see it.'”

- Close to airport.
- I hated this hotel. Everything was beat-up and grungy. It is 1 star not 3 star.
“Walls were paper thin. Could hear everyone else's alarms and TVs. The balcony felt flimsy and noises were coming through. It also left you a bad feeling due to lack of security. The elevator kept lighting up incorrect floors. Also, the hotel charges for parking $16 per night.”

“We entered hotel at 2am. The staff provided a single bed room for my family (2 adult + 1 child). Then we moved from 4th floor to 3rd floor, the door didn't open and they called security and mechanic to change the lock battery but still no luck, finally after many try again we were moved to 2nd floor by the time we got into the room the time was 4:30am.”

“We stayed in this hotel group before and had always outstanding experience. This hotel have a nice entry, but you can't compare this hotel to others. Need renovations, no security and the side doors all wide open in the night. I would stay there for my next business trip for 1 or 2 nights, but not with my family again.”

- The room was comfortable. They had late check-in.
- The elevators for the upper levels were on the opposite side of the lobby.
“The hotel was very nice: clean, comfortable and beautiful. The room was accommodating, and I liked that the shower/toilet were separated by a door but the sink was in the common area of the room, great for more than one person per room. We were there briefly for a overnight trip to visit family but enjoyed the hotel and would definitely recommend it to others staying in that area.”

- Convenient location, great if you are attending events at the Allstate Arena, would highly recommend!
- Service from staff was hit or miss. We had great service from several associates, but indifference from others.

Several staff was very friendly and helpful, but the same number was equally indifferent and unhelpful, made you feel as if you were an inconvenience. - Nicely decorated, helpful staff, comfortable rooms
- The overwhelming smell of tar, (they were working on the roof) and the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. Inconvenient for walking.

“This hotel trip was a total nightmare for myself and my family. We checked into the room just after midnight after 6 hours of driving. I had my husband and 2 small children with me. In walking in the front door of the hotel I immediately noticed stained carpeting in the lobby. I also noticed exit signs which were not properly affixed to the wall (hanging just barley). I also called ahead and requested a room with 2 beds and was told that would not be a problem. I get into the room and there is only 1 bed. The bed was made but had dirty used sheets with long hairs on the sheets and bed. The sheets clearly had not been changed. The floor was not vacuumed and the toilet had not even been flushed. In addition the towels in the bathroom had been used then refolded to make it look like they were clean. There wash cloths were still soaking wet yet folded. Last, this room was wall papered and there was about 18 inches of wallpaper that was literally hanging from the wall (behind the curtain) which was peeling off the wall. Overall this hotel was not even close to a 3 star or 4 star hotel. I will not stay at this hotel for free in the future. I checked back in with the hotel front desk on the issues I have noted. I was told sorry. We have no additional rooms. Keep in mind it was close to 1 a.m. and I had a 9 month old and a 3 year old traveling. This is what we walked into after 6 hours of driving.”

“Extremely disappointing. The room # was written on the door frame with magic marker (I have a picture if you want to see it!), there was no hot water the entire time we stayed and the phone in my room didn't work (so I could not call the front desk to complain). Their effort at compensation they offered me free parking for the night. The only thing they did well was the free Continental Breakfast, it was quite good.”

“There were problems with the hot water in the hotel when we arrived. We did not have hot water the entire length of our stay. The staff did not offer any acceptable solution nor did they make any attempt to rectify. The staff was also very inept at explaining the situation or offering solutions.”

- Not a bad location.
- The charge $16 a night to park, $10 a night to use the internet and $10 per person to get even a minimal breakfast.
“When we arrived we discovered that parking was $16 a night (exorbitant to say the least), that wireless internet was $10 per night and that breakfast was a minimum of $10 per person. And our stay was going to be for 5 nights. Lots of extra charges. In addition, the hotel was older and we observed that it took in a very large number of air travelers that had their flights missed or otherwise interrupted and/or postponed. Basically, the room had few amenities and/or positives. Although the bed was reasonably comfortable.”

- Nothing.
- Hotel had thinnest walls we have ever experienced. You could hear everything and everyone.
“A 2 star hotel at most. Did not meet expectations. The noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in. No sound proofing. You could every thing in the rooms around and above you. Charges $16.00 per day for parking. Very dirty and worn. Would not stay here again.”

- Comfortable bed/pillow. Clean rooms.
- Poor access to entrance. Pricy $16/day parking.
“Overall fair. Two stars. The AC didn't work very well during our entire four day stay. The room was very humid. The hot water heater broke on our third day, so the hotel didn't have warm/hot water the last two days of our stay. We were given two free continental breakfasts, and free parking as a result of this inconvenience, otherwise parking would have been $16 per day. Parking was a hassle. Security non-existent at hotel and parking lot. Layout of hotel very confusing initially. Good points: comfortable beds and pillows, very clean room, clean bathroom, free morning paper, coffee maker in room, clean classy lobby, friendly-professional staff.”
