• The staff at the motel was very accommodating.
• Pictures from website did not match motel.

“The best part of the trip was the accommodating staff at the motel, when I finally arrived I had to change rooms due to no couch in the room, I was given a room that had (2) queen size beds instead of the (1) king & couch, this room was to be non smoking, it was clearly not a non smoking room.”

• It is run down and poorly managed.

“This has been my most disappointing experience yet. We requested a roll-away bed be added to our room. When it arrived the room was too small to fit it in. When I asked at the desk they suggested that I put it in front of the door when everyone was in for the night. When I mentioned it might be a fire hazard they suggested that I re-arrange the room to accommodate. The room had two Televisions, one that worked and one that would simply be turned on and off when the other went on and off with the remote. The room did have a fridge, which was nice, but contained some left-over of some previous occupant. We also had a room a mile down the road at the super-8 which was a much better value.”

• It was conveniently located and easy to find.
• Very small rooms and pool.

“We were received well by the front desk when we arrived. Found the room easily and had a pretty comfortable nights sleep.”

• We had our dog with us and they were pet friendly.
• Our room had an unpleasant odor and the maid left our door open.

“It was a good value for the money and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was horrible and the man at the desk was not very friendly. The worst part about the stay was the odor in the room. We got it to go away the first night, but after the maid cleaned our room it was back.”

• Staff went out of their way to make the stay good. Cookies in the lobby 24 hours.
• No TV remote, sink stopper broken, bathtub stopper broken.

“It was great for the money, the staff was really nice but this place needs some repairs.”
