Nancy “Sheets had hair on them, no battery in remote for TV, light bulb burned out in bedside lamp, hair on walls in bathroom and rude manager. Overall, very dirty and needs a lot of fixing up.” Jul 30, 2008 by
Fred from Palm Springs, CA
“I found that this hotel lacked care and maintenance. The room had mold smell and mold all around the lower walls and poor patch jobs on the walls and borders. The bed was way too soft and was very uncomfortable! Room was only partially clean!” Jun 28, 2007 by
Matilda from Richmond, CA
“The carpet was filthy, have to flush toilet 3 times, rusty bathroom pipes, very old TV it was turning itself on and off and changing channels on it's own, air conditioners not working and it was 101 degrees on that day in Sacramento! My kids could not sleep! Pathetic!” Jun 20, 2007 by
Larry from Turlock, CA
“It stunk. Towels were dirty. A/c didn't cool after two hours. We got a remote from the front desk when we checked in. It was taped together to keep it from falling apart. I went down to the front desk and said we could not stay here and left. My wife and I were very dissatisfied and had to drive around looking for a hotel we could stay in.” Jun 15, 2007 by
Ross from Ca, CA
“This does not even meet the minimal standards of an economy hotel (1 star). When it is so frustrating & time consuming to just check in. I cut my losses & go elsewhere. I also make sure that everyone knows about it.” Jun 13, 2007 by
Lisa from Reno, NV
“First off, it took me 20 minutes to check-in because the front desk had no idea what they were doing. This motel was very dirty. There were stains on just about every surface in the room. The room was very small and had a bad odor and it only get worse from there. Thank god I brought an air bed because there was no way I would've laid on theirs and I do mean just lay. Sleep does not come easily in this motel because it is horribly loud. There were parties going on until 3 am and drunken people running up and down the stairs all night, nothing was done about it. I would never recommend this facility to a friend, family member, or homeless person because I would have personally felt more at ease if I were sleeping on the concrete outside.” May 22, 2007 by
Fakhri from San Diego, CA
“I never had a problem with the hotel choices. But this time I did. Here is a list of things that went wrong. Hookers, kids breaking car windows, smelly room, stained towels, broken door locks, no alarm clock, stained floors, dirty shower curtain, itchy bed, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, and a very rude night clerk. That night stay in Sacramento was very bad. The worst place I every stayed. Thank you for your time.” May 11, 2007 by
Charles from Harrison Township, MI
“Virtually a hot pillow place. Very uncomfortable feeling with my wife, two sisters and a brother-in-law there. Due to a hospital visit to my sick brother we checked in at 3:45 AM. Check-in was very slow.” Apr 27, 2007 by
Matt from Sacramento, CA
“I didn¿t even stay there it was so bad. I booked another room through hotels.com and will be using them from now on if I do not get my money back thru your guarantee. This place should not be offered thru you or anyone else.” Apr 27, 2007 by
Jessie from Tyler, TX
“Overall, it was a good experience.” Apr 23, 2007 by
Samuel from San Francisco, CA
“This hotel should not be given a 2 star. I was not happy with this hotel and the location. It looks like they get some shady people at this hotel. This hotel should not have a star rating. ” Apr 19, 2007 by
Sivan from Ny, NY
“We slept in several 1 star hotels (Econo lodge, Travelodge etc.) And this was not as good as those ones. I would not recommend it.” Apr 10, 2007 by
Hitesh from Fremont, CA
“I checked into great western inn for two nights. This scared me right away. Made me wonder what type of place is this. The room was stinky, seemed like the carpets had not been cleaned for years. ” Apr 5, 2007 by
Rafael P. from Portland, OR
“The Motel is nasty old and it is falling apart besides the hotel manager tried to charge more because I made a mistake on the reservation. I would never come back to this Hotel. I think you guys should review the Quality of the hotel regardless the price. No amenities it is okay, but needs to be clean. By the way I got my truck vandalize at the Motel during my trip. Thanks.” Mar 25, 2007 by
Judy from Gold Run, CA
“I don't know how this had a 2 star rating, my husband got propositioned in the parking lot by a , lots of homeless around hotel, cannot request 2 star in this area again, I work @ local hospital and can not take a chance of getting mugged or injured when staying in the area. Not a safe place for a single female.” Mar 16, 2007 by
Sean V. from Fesno, CA
“This hotel is the worse ever that I ever stay. Motel six is better in service and price. I rather stay at the roach motel then at this place. They don't have anything working at all I could not rate this hotel its not a hotel just a room on the road.” Feb 15, 2007 by
Gary from Olden, TX
“Basic service, no frills, courteous staff. Convenient to the airport and freeways.” Hotel Representatives:
