• Unfriendly staff, dumpy facilities.

“The staff is very unhelpful when faced with a specific request. Price was ridiculously high considering the facilities were old and dumpy. The only thing, this hotel is good for its location.”

• I really liked how clean it was. There was a little courtyard too that was pretty.
• There was no restaurant and no Continental breakfast. You had to go to the airport to eat.

“Overall, I thought the hotel was good. I gave the staff a low rating because when we checked in, the guy was a little rude. There was no restaurant or place to eat at all at the hotel, but the airport is right across the street, which made it extremely convenient for travelers. For anyone flying out of Sacramento on a really early flight. I definitely recommend this hotel.”

• It was conveniently located and quiet.
• It was a motel, not a hotel misleading description.

“If you need or want to be near the Sacramento international airport, this motel is very conveniently located across from terminal b. However, it's not in the best of condition based upon how my room looked (torn lamp shade, etc.). This motel is not recommended for vacationers going to Sacramento, but it's a good place to stay for travelers using the airport.”

• Hotel Staff did not know anything about the surrounding airport.

“This motel is average at best. It is the only motel located at the Sacramento Airport which in my opinion is why it is still in business. It is convenience and thats all one can say.”

• Literally across the street from the Sacramento airport terminal we were leaving from the next morning.
• Very basic.

“I have yet to resolve this but the hotel charged me again for the room. Because it was 4:30 a.m. there was no manager to resolve this and we needed to catch our flight. Very disappointed.”

• Very comfortable bed, pillow, quiet, safe and secure.
• Only food at airport (chili's): poor, no early morning breakfast.

“Excellent location across from airport but very quiet. Take food in because airport food was not much on selection or quality. Good value and convenient.”

• It was very close to the airport. Decent continental breakfast.
• It was older. No Internet service.

“Everybody at the hotel was very courteous and helpful. It is the closest hotel to the airport, actually the only hotel close to the airport, which makes it extremely convenient.”

“For my return, I specifically requested a ground floor room near the front desk as was assured that would be kept for me. Upon my return, the room that was saved for me was top floor, and the farthest room from the desk as was possible.”
