• Liked the location, close to interstate. Beds were comfy.
• A little pricey for what you get.

“Doubletree's are pretty standard, you know what you're going to get no matter where you are in the country. This one is no different. I liked my king size room, the only issue is that the bathroom was a little to cozy for my comfort. Also the maid came into my room as she was knocking on the door, which I thought was pretty bold and my only issue.”

• The rooms exceeded spousal expectations.
• The restaurant was so, so. Couldn't tell buffet price or if complimentary breakfast.

“Overall this hotel is convenient to AP & I95, close to Palm Beach if you know your way or use GPS. It comes off as a business hotel at the entrance but the rooms are quite nice & beds are great!”

• Warm chocolate chip cookie, very comfortable bed, and great breakfast buffet!

“This Doubletree lived up to the standards of every Doubletree I've stayed in, extremely clean, nicely appointed lobby, spacious room, very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Great fitness center with modern equipment, plenty of towels. Did not swim in the pool which was nice but not exciting. Jacuzzi on pool deck was very clean and a nice soak. Plenty of tropical flora to allow relaxation. I would definitely stay here again!”

• I did not like the view from our hotel room, the highway.

• The cookies! And close to City Market, Beach and Cruzan Amphitheatre.
• The air conditioning units were noisy - fan was always running.

• The room was clean with clean linen when it was change late in the day. The bed was somewhat comfortable but the AC was working like it should.
• The housekeeping cleaned and replaced linens late in the day, so it was together when I came back for a mid-day nap.

“The hotel is great for a business traveler because of location and simplicity of room amenities. The hotel will not be ideal for a weekend or romantic getaway. The hotel was pricey for star level. Star level is a little misrepresented in that I have stayed at far better hotels that have the same rating. I would recommend it for a single passing through town stay, but definitely not a vacation stay.”

• Rooms were small.

“When we called the hotel they confirmed we had a room with 2 beds which was needed for the children on the trip. When we arrived our room only had 1 bed and it was a double. The room had no carpet and was handicap equipped and all of the floors were tile. Then we had to wait forever with small children to get another room. Very frustrating check-in at a late hour with small children.”

• The room was comfortable.
• Do not build a hotel next to a highway unless you have better sound proof windows.

“1. The room was not ready at 3 PM. I had to wait 45 minutes. 2. The wireless internet did not work in my room so I had to work in the lobby. 3. The room service food was awful. 4. The highway right next to the hotel was noisy. The hotel needs better windows.”

• Free shuttle service to airport, Downtown, and train station. Bed was very comfortable.
• Staff does not go out of way to assist you unless you ask.

“Nice hotel that is very close to Downtown and airport. Room was comfortable but not the most modern place we've ever been. The free shuttle service was nice which saved us cab fare to visit Downtown. No places close to grab some snacks or drinks and the hotel has poor selection of room service and a few low quality items at the front desk, not what I expect from the star rating they claim to have.”

• Unattractive condition of the lobby, hallways and room.

“The hotel was overbooked and my room was not available when I arrived. They said I was being upgraded to a 'suite' for one night, but it was anything but. The bedroom did not even have a window and I felt like I was in a closet. I had to move to a 'standard' room the next day.”

• It was very nice and felt very welcoming. Delicious warm cookies!

“This hotel was very nice. They definitely tried to please the customer. Very clean with quality everything from the bedding and towels to the hot chocolate chip cookie they give you at check-in!”

• The transportation back and forth to city place etc. friendly staff, good food conveniently located.
• The pool area not so attractive the 4' wall makes it unappealing.

“Excellent staff, very accommodating, local to everything, rooms are clean. It would be nicer if the bathrooms had 2 sinks but no big deal. The computer area excellent. I want to thank you for an excellent vacation you all are wonderful.”

• Large newly refurbished rooms.
• The sleep number bed surprisingly affected my back.

“We were pleasantly surprised with our experience at the recently renovated Radisson. The rooms were quite large, newly furnished with nice extras like safe, refrigerator, free high speed internet, etc. The only issue I had was discomfort in sleeping on the new sleep number beds.”

• Poor water pressure in showers.

“This hotel was great! Newly renovated everywhere. Very colorful. Loved the sleep-number bed, the feather pillows and feather comforter. Friendly staff, but very busy. There was poor water pressure in the showers, however. But they were extremely clean.”

“The front desk clerk was outstanding. She called after I arrived in my room to make sure it was okay. I complained about the cigarette smell in my non-smoking room and she moved me immediately. There is also a shuttle available to take people to a shopping center (I did not use this service). ”
