• Noisy people outside our room screaming at 3:00 a.m.

“Hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was sufficient, and hotel was very easy to get to. We got a free upgrade to a suite.”

• The air conditioner worked.
• No manager on duty, hotel staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, dirty room.

“I will never stay at a Days Inn ever again and I will never recommend it to anyone. Room was dirty, bathroom was in bad condition, hotel staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. There were no towels in the room, when we called for some they never brought any to us. Room smelled dirty. There was hair on the sink and tub when we first went into the bathroom. It was a bad experience from check in to check out (and beyond). The management was left 2 messages to call me and a week later I still haven't gotten a call.”

• The location was safe and the hotel was quiet.
• Q-size bed was a dbl, mattress uncomfortable, sofa broken, iron broken, towels grey and rough, tub dirty.

“For a new hotel this place is already showing lots of wear and tear. We requested a queen room and both rooms had one double bed. When asked we were told that they were queens. The 1st room we were given had a broken air conditioner, we waited over an hour for maintenance to come and fix it. We were told the hotel was booked and there were no other rooms when we asked to find another hotel, we were moved to another room. They did update us to a suite but the room was pretty shabby, broken furniture, a very uncomfortable bed and the bathroom needed a good scrub. The front desk staff was on their cell phones every time we passed by including while we tried to check out. I will say the cleaning staff was extremely nice.”

• The outside of the hotel is nice.
• The rooms were too small, the beds were hard, the floor was dirty, there is no where to sit except the beds.

“Would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a family. If you are alone then I guess it would be ok but not if you have children and a family. The rooms are just way too small for a family. Its too cramped.”

• Convenient to Interstate and restaurants.
• Bed was too firm and pillows were just lumps.

“We were just passing through so having a clean bed for the night was acceptable. Not luxurious by any means.”

• Room was small, bathroom door did not latch, and fridge was unplugged.

“The staff was nice. Also it is like 5 miles from the Speedway.”

• The money I saved.
• Breakfast ended at 9. I missed it because I slept till 9.

“This is a good hotel if you just need a place to crash for the night. It has the basic bed and TV. I felt safe and secure there. If your just checking in at night to sleep and then checking out in the morning you will save money by staying there.”

• The staff was friendly; the hotel was clean; the location was good.
• That was the smallest room I have ever stayed in my life.

“This hotel has a friendly staff, ample parking and is a good location for attending the races or going to the Legends. The facilities are very small, but it is nice that they are available.”

• Only 1 waffle maker.

“Ice machine was broken, and breakfast took forever because there was only one waffle maker. But, they did let us use the common area for our meal the night before.”

• Nice clean hotel, good location.
• The pool was a little cold.

“This is a nice clean hotel, close to the Speedway. The staff was nice & friendly. The pool was a little cold for me but my granddaughter loved it. I will stay at this hotel on my next trip to KC.”
