- The way the hotel was next to shops, spas and other things of interest.
- The windows wouldn't close completely and the food services was poor.
“The hotel was nice but not worth 3 stars. The rooms were cold and no heat unless it's 50 degrees or below (we are from Ohio so we like it warm a bit). We booked 3 rooms for 2 days. We had breakfast and dinner (we were a party of 12) and both times the service was poor. It took over an hour to be served both times and it wasn't many people in the lounge. I don't mind paying the 18% but, you have to give good service. We had to keep asking for more drinks, bread and the cook forgot to cook one of the dishes.”

- The staff was extremely professional in taking care of a major issue I had with cleanliness of the cups/glasses in the room. Very comfortable.
- I could not hook up my lap top to the internet despite hotel help. Bad desk chair. Cups in room were capped without being washed.
“After 12-hour training sessions, it felt great to come to a clean comfortable room with a dial-your-firmness-preference bed. Great Staff. Nicely presented good basic food -- loved the prime rib. Wish I had time to enjoy the lovely pool.”

- Slightly worn and dated in public spaces, garage, elevators.

- The residential location close to my kids. This is the third time I've stayed there.
- The elevators.
“Nice friendly hotel located in a woodsy, outdoor shopping plaza with upscale shops. Rooms are simply, but nicely appointed. 4th floor rooms have cathedral ceilings and sleep number beds. Indoor garage parking is included at no additional cost. Outdoor pool is lovely. Menu looks good!”

- It is very clean and accommodating. Very convenient to the necessary locations.
- I think they just need to update the bathrooms, such as the shower curtains and bathtub area being very confined.

- The price for Baltimore is not bad.
- The bed was not comfortable - the overall hotel needs some updating. Nothing special.

- An older woman at the desk at night tried to help us.
- The Staff were very lax, it was 90 in the room, and we didn't sleep at all.
“When ever you asked the staff for anything they seemed to not know or care to find out, the room was way to hot, you couldn't use air-conditioning if the heat was on and it was over 90 in the room, when you tried to buy a movie you had to call the front desk 2-3 before you could view it, this hotel needs a better system and a more helpful and informed staff, it is no way a 3 star hotel, I would never stay in it again or recommend it. I felt like I wasted my money as it wasn't pleasurable at all.”

- The location met my needs well and check in was quick.
- The exercise room was very small and outdated.
“I would not recommend this hotel level at the star level it is at. I do a lot of traveling to Baltimore and would not stay here again. The room was very basic. The gym was terrible, the a/c was broken, there were no free weights, and the equipment was outdated. Finally, a large truck delivering some sort of dumpster for the hotel kept picking up the large dumpster and lowering it down, making a loud bang every time. This went on for about 3 hours, between 10pm and 1am. I complained to the desk and they told me that they would "look into it". 45 minutes later, the truck left.”

“I stayed here over 25 years ago...back then all the MLB teams stayed here because it was close to memorial stadium....Billy martin got into one of his famous fights in the lounge ...it's been redone and the lounge is no longer...rooms are fine and it's still in an upscale shopping area with good security.”

“Nice room, pretty darn far from the inner harbor though, They have a free shuttle, but if you plan on returning after 9pm you will need a cab which will cost you around 30 bucks. Make sure you specify a non-smoking room for your reservation. The area is also quite expensive, so be prepared for it to be more to eat and pay for other small things.”

- Part of the attached facility was under construction.
“Nice location sort of out of the way from much of busy Baltimore, very easy access to the expressway to go to downtown, Pamlico race track is just down the street, close to many area colleges, nice location with lots of trees on the grounds, attached to a small fashion shopping center great for an additional activity, clean, comfortable and quite rooms, facility appears to be nicely maintained but is tired looking overall, older 1960's facility. Would definitely stay here again, overall nice hotel”

- The location was pleasant near an upscale residential neighborhood.
- Walls were paper thin. I was awakening each morning at 5:30 by room next door.
“While the hotel in general was nice, there were a couple of factors that made my stay less than pleasant. My key did not work when I returned to my room at the end of the day. I had to go downstairs and get my key "recharged" to gain access. And it almost happened a second time when one of the two keys I had did not work on the second day. Thankfully, the other was still working. I was also amazed at the noise level. It was very loud and caused me to wake up throughout the night both nights of my stay. It was easy to eavesdrop on conversations in the next room whether or not I wanted to do so. When the early riser next door turned on his TV at 6:30, I gave up all hope of getting more sleep. In the restaurant, my eggs were completely cold by the time they were served. The restaurant had slow, almost nonexistent service and the hostess decided to sit a fellow who was talking loudly on his Bluetooth directly across from us in an otherwise empty restaurant. All this made me think that this was considerably less than a 3-star experience.”

- The service was horrible.
“As with many Radisson¿s they do not live up to my expectations of service. In Hyatt and doubletree you get assistance at Radisson they really don't seem to care. There were no bellmen at any entrance so I had to take all my bags from the garage to the front office. The coffee service was hidden away and I had to ask for milk and wait too long for it. The gym was at least 100 degrees, the TV remote was broken and the TV was a 14" and was 15" away from the bed so it was useless to watch and there were limited channels typical Radisson.”

- Walls too thin! No business center (wasn't working); charged extra for a fridge!
“The hotel is pretty and the rooms are quite spacious. The staff if very friendly and the restaurant are delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel does not provide an airport shuttle; however, they do provide a free shuttle to nearby attractions. On a negative note, the walls are very thin! I could hear the man next door snoring all night. I also heard their wake up calls loud and clear as well as the maid walking down the hall knocking on doors at 9am. I was disappointed that a refrigerator did not come with the room and that their business center consisted of one computer and printer (located in the main lobby) that you had to pay to use. Further, using this computer was not an option as it was broken while I was there. I would not stay here again primarily because of the thin walls.”

- The next day, the hotel manager was very accommodating and provided my partner and I with free breakfast.
- I was put in a room with a full sized bed. Too small for two adults.

- Conveniently located near college campus, very clean and helpful staff.
- No fast or convenient way to get coffee in the morning needed to go to the restaurant.
“We loved the hotel and would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very lovely, the shopping center was so convenient too. It was clean, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff was great.”

- Conveniently located to handy shops, short drive to downtown.
- A little isolated from downtown if you're not familiar with the area or don't have a car.
“Got a great deal because it wasn't right in the middle of things. Cross Keys is a small collection of high end shops and restaurants, including Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa, etc. Great place to unwind, peaceful and safe.”

- The location is ideal for the event I was attending nearby; the shops on site are great.
- The bathroom was kind of gross--not completely clean and poor lighting.
“The Radisson Cross Keys is located in a small village setting heading north of the city. With a shuttle to take visitors downtown and shops on-site, the hotel has a lot to offer. The fourth floor rooms have high ceilings. The restaurant isn't that great, but another cafe w/ the shops is excellent. I would definitely stay here again.”
