  • It was near the Light Rail which costs $1.60 from the airport. I liked it.

  • The hotel is beautiful and historic. Location is 3 blocks from inner harbor.
  • Valet parking is a hot mess! No parking and no where to wait. I was given a room that was already occupied.

“Very nice historic hotel. Location is the best part of this hotel. The valet parking was a pain and expensive, literally half the price of the room each night. The rooms are small compared to other 3 star hotels and we were given someone else's room! We literally walked into a room with someone else's luggage and belongings in it.”

  • Entire staff was above and beyond friendly and accommodating. Every single person we dealt with! They were stellar folks!
  • Window broken in bathroom (but they offered to move us and gave us free breakfast buffet which was great). No view from our room.

“The staff was more than made up for any inconveniences. They were beyond friendly. I would go back even without a view. No mini-bar/room service (as far as I can tell) so not a 3.5 or 4 star but overall a great experience. Can't say enough about the staff! Overall

  • The beds were sleep number so you could fix it to your comfort level.
  • The parking garage is not located in the hotel. You have to walk.

  • Couches in the bar and lobby were quite dirty, sheets were too small for the bed.

“I was quite disappointed with this hotel. The furnishings in the lobby and bar were old and dirty (to the point where I did not feel comfortable touching them without immediately washing my hands), the sheets were too small for the sleep number beds and kept coming off the bed throughout the night. The sleep number beds were awful. They are like glorified air mattresses. Our iPhone was stolen by one of the valets who then accused us of being a racist for even thinking that he could have stolen it when there was no other possibility, and the hotel staff and remainder of the valet staff were not helpful with anything other than helping us file and incident report which of course did not do us any good in retrieving the phone (which still has not been located). To add insult to injury after being accused of being racist and having our phone stolen, a bill for the parking was slipped under our door at 3am.”

  • Exceeded my expectations

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was in a great location, close to the Inner Harbor and Convention Center. The atmosphere was great. The people extremely friendly, the room was great. The food was great. I will indeed stay here again and again. Priceline is great. I am so happy that I was able to get such an outstanding rate for this beautiful hotel.Thanks, I will continue to use Priceline for all of my travel.”

  • Nicely furnished , clean rooms and friendly bar and restaurant staffn
  • Neighborhood is iffy at night. Take a cab

  • This is a historic hotel with lots of character.
  • Needs updating.

“This hotel has lots of charm and character. Great location close enough to inner harbor, Camden Yards, Little Italy, Light Rail & Subway to give you a city "feel." Room was very clean & comfortable, although a little worn. Food in the restaurant was very good. The staff was great; very friendly & helpful.”

  • The common areas were not especially clean particularly the carpets near the walls

“Good value for the rate we paid. The rooms were excelloent with sleep number beds and the bathroom wasw very clean. The common areas of the hotel need some updating and cleaning, so our initial impression was not so good. Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay and it was within easy walking distnce of the harbor.”

  • Far more better than I expected - I loved the overall atmosphere.
  • Waiting 15minutes for an Elevator on departure day - lots of people there that week.

“The hotel atmosphere was a combination of romantice, fun and business professional all in one. It's a great place to stay for anyone. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are great! Very neat and clean with lots of helpful information about the hotel and the surrounding area. It was much more than what I expected for the price that I negotiated.”

  • For access to Fell's Point it is a little far but many inner harbor locations are within walking distance.

  • It was located conveniently, staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
  • Our room was not made up; we left at 10 am and returned at 3:30 pm to get ready for dinner. No housekeeping was done.

  • Excellent hotel for very good price. The room was very nice and comfortable and the hotel staff was very nice. Highly recommend hotel and Priceline.
  • Expensive parking since it was in downtown.

“This is an older historic hotel. But I would go back again if I have extra time to experience the other aspects of the hotel. The bathroom was older looking but all else was updated.”

  • The eating options were terrible.

They did not offer anything other than a buffet for breakfast. The staff in the restaurant was not friendly or helpful. The location wasn't as central as it appeared to be.”

  • The location & a good staff at the hotel, also a clean room.

“This is a nice hotel in a good location between Camden Yards & the Inner Harbor. It has a nice small bar in the lobby with some chairs & tables in the lounge area. The rooms are very clean & the staffs are helpful & friendly. If you need to park a car, they have a valet, but it is cheaper to park in the underground garage across the street.”

  • I liked the fact that we were given free continental breakfast.
  • Our card to get us to the 18th floor never worked, the AC unit in the room kept breaking, there was mold on the ceilings.

“When we called the front desk about our broken AC unit it never got fixed, there was water damage done to the walls which caused mold to form on the ceilings and it was very noisy on our floor!”

“The most dirty disgusting hotel I've had the displeasure of staying at. Dirty, smelly, dusty rooms, flared my asthma - closet had no doors, 70's decor in room. small bathroom with no fan, trickling water, you pay $30 for valet parking, wait 50 mins outside in the scorching heat for that too.”

“Was stuck in the elevator for 1/2 hour. Hotel operator who answered the call and the worker who got us out were friendly. Thought they should have offered to give us a credit on the room but all we got was a free drink. Very disappointed. Hotel rooms were old and run down and in need of repair. I have stayed in Motel 6 that was nicer.”

  • The ice machines on several floors did not work, parking fee, small beds.

“I would hesitate to stay here with small children because the walking distance to inner harbor and aquarium is too far, especially on a hot sunny day. The valet parking fee was hefty. The beds were small. The room was neat and clean.”

  • The staff was very friendly, clean and very nice in appearance.
  • The hotel was further from the Inner Harbor than anticipated.

“We were very pleased with the hotel. The lobby was very impressive, the staff friendly and the room was clean, quite and very nice. Would definitely stay there again. The only drawback was that it was further from the Inner Harbor than anticipated but still in walking distance from the Harbor.”
