• Public areas nice and meeting rooms great.
• Bath was not good at all. Only a tiny shower. Water went on bath floor.

• Comfortable bed and soft, fluffy towels.
• Provide no extras ie. toothpaste, toothbrush. No refrigerator in room.

• Convenient to restaurants, attractions & interstate.
• Small lobby and very noisy.

“Arrived Friday afternoon. Lobby was small and crowded with about a dozen or so people. The noise level was high and difficult to speak with the desk clerk. Found out there was a wedding reception both Friday and Saturday night as well as a class reunion Saturday evening. Parking was hard to come by.

• Easy access to the Naval Academy. Location is good in relation to shops, restaurants.
• Pool was closed and it was very hot out. Wanted to lounge and couldn't.

• Friendly staff, plush room with nice beds, down comforters and lots of soft pillows.
• The elevator was very small and had to pay $10 to have a refrigerator put in the room.

“The Double Tree in Annapolis was very nice. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and bright, the room was very attractive with super plush beds, down comforters and lots of nice soft pillows. Even the bathroom was comfortable. However, we had to pay $10 to have a refrigerator put in the room. A hotel was nice, should already have them in the rooms. I would definitely stay here again, but hopefully they'll put a fridge in the rooms as standard equipment.”

• The hotel was very clean and very nicely decorated.
• There was no table in the room. We had room service and it made it very difficult to eat.

“The hotel is in a good location with good restaurants nearby. The pool is very large but right next to highway, so there was traffic noise all the time. Not much they can do about that.”

• Shuttle service available. Beds were extremely comfortable, shower was relaxing and room was clean.
• Dogs (barking) were allowed in the room next to us, we could hear both external car traffic and internal hallway noise, air conditioning was noisy.

“Shuttle service was a plus because it allowed us to keep the car on property and not worry about parking in downtown Annapolis. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and the outdoor pool was large. However, the hotel was extremely noisy because of the pets that were allowed on the lower level (we were not made aware of this when checking in), the outside traffic, the doors opening and closing, and the noise of the air conditioning. Overall, though, I would recommend it for the price, especially if I could stay in a different room on the upper level floors.”

• The pool is right next to the Highway, route 50 too noisy. The AC unit was a bit noisy.

“Hotel is great for business traveler but not designed for family or romantic getaway. Very clean and staff very friendly. Located close to mall, restaurants, etc.”

• No AC operating on our arrival, room took an hour or two to cool down.

“Had never stayed at a Doubletree or any of it's partner hotels. I was very pleased with the location, staff, cleanliness, and amenities. Restaurant was good with very attentive staff. I would recommend the hotel & stay there again if in the area.”

“I was impressed when I saw the Doubletree Hotel, even more so when walking through the doors. The staff was very friendly. We even got a free hot cookie. We had a king size suite. The bed was nice with a ton of pillows. I do wish the room had a fridge. There was a nice cafe and restaurant/bar as well. Another nice thing was a free shuttle service to downtown Annapolis. Overall a nice experience.”

“The first room we were assigned had a very loud air conditioner. We told the front desk and they sent someone to look at it. He informed us it was unfixable and we were moved to another room. The second room had not been sufficiently cleaned, as there were wet towels and dirty glasses in the bathroom. We were then moved to a third room which is where we stayed. The staff did not even apologize for making us move 3 times. They were not even concerned when we informed them that there was a problem with one of the computers in the "business center". Something to be aware of is that there is a pet floor at the hotel- so guests with an aversion to dogs or cats may want to request a room away from that location. The hotel had difficulty in locating the reservation. The hotel was almost completely booked for the weekend because of functions happening at the hotel and customer service seemed to have flown out the window.”

• The front desk personnel were absolutely the best. They assisted us in every way. The room was very luxurious.
• Nothing I didn't like. Just wish they had coffee in the lobby. But it is available to be made in the rooms.

“I will stay at doubletree whenever I go to Annapolis MD. It has everything a traveler could possibly want. My trip was stress-free. The staff made every effort to handle our requests- even the cleaning staff were personable and friendly. ! I loved this place.”

• Welcoming entrance and employees. Very nice facility. Newly renovated.
• The elevator was oddly small.

“The entrance and drop off area are lovely. The lobby is warm and welcoming. Check in was easy and complimented by a warm delicious chocolate chip cookie! The room was spacious and the king size bed was comfortable and afforded a terrific nights sleep. The elevator was small for a hotel this size. It was a very nice stay.”

• Warm and friendly hotel lobby staff.
• no coffee in lobby for guests bar in the evening told open until 1 am - people at bar at 12:15 bartender said closed would not serve us.

• This hotel was fabulous! The location was great- very near restaurants, services, stores. Right off the highway and easy to find. It was first rate.
• The conference center lobby was a little dark- somehow more shabby than the lobby upstairs.

“I would stay here every time! The service was outstanding, from the people at the desk, the cleaning crew, the hotel operator; every single encounter I had with anyone representing the hotel was positive and friendly. The facility itself was very clean, newly furnished and attractive. I will come back!”

• Friendly staff, Carlos the bartender was very helpful in directing us to historic sites.
• Pool was closed, no spa.

“Check in was easy, room was ready along with the door key. The beds were just out of this world, comfortable, bet nights sleep in a hotel stay for a long time. The bar lounge was warm and cozy with a friendly staff who went out of their way to find a certain bottle of wine for me.”

“I was in and out very fast. The room was clean. Doubletree beds are very comfortable. Front desk staff was nice considering I checked in at 2am and was not feeling particularly chatty. Housekeeping knocked shortly after 8am even though I was checking out that day and hadn't gotten in until 2am. Breakfast room service was ok, timely and fairly priced.”

“Believe it or not, there are mouse running around inside the room. After complaining, they put mouse pad in several spots and catch at least one of them. When I reported this to the front door, the staff makes a fun of it right in front of me. It is unbelievable for this kind of hotel with such a big Name!”
