• Very clean and safety conscious.
• Had problems with card key access to building.

“Clean and staff was friendly. Large rooms. Convenient to many places in Fresno. Dining is available near by. Continental breakfast provided, come early because they don't restock everything.”

• The staff changed us to the 3rd floor as a courtesy because we were women.

“We were there for my daughter's college orientation. We will stay with you every time we come to visit her at school. The hotel was very convenient, clean and friendly. We also enjoyed the complimentary contental breakfast.”

• Lobby was attractive. Room card needed to enter hallways provided extra security.
• I discovered ants on my bed sheets upon getting up in the morning. Front desk attendant apologized but offered no compensation.

“Generally, nicer than average facility. 2.5 - 3.0 stars. Nice lobby and lounge but seemed unused by hotel. Continental breakfast was held in one of the hotel rooms that had the furniture removed and replaced with tables which seemed a little tacky. Why not use the nice lounge near lobby? Conveniently located close to Fresno state university. I would stay again.”

• Great location, had the pool all to ourselves.
• Put is in the wrong room at first.
