• Efficient and accomodating staff, friendly and efficient housekeeping staff.
• The noise policy was not enforced - a loud group at the pool was out until early in the morning.

• The new remodeled rooms are very nice, could have papered the bathroom too, but nice new drapes, carpet was very soft, and overall looked very nice.
• Check in at 5 p.m. was a little late, check out at noon was great, but housekeeping started in at about 9 so no sleeping in.

“Overall, I enjoy when I stay at the Piccadilly, I feel it is well run, the staff is attentive, it provides amenities that are in line with this level of a hotel. Provided wireless Internet which was great, has great room service and restaurant/bar and continental breakfast to make it convenient. Stayed in the remodeled wing this time, the update was much needed and looks really good, great value for the money. I always feel safe at this hotel, and it is convenient to most of my favorite spots in Fresno.”
