• It was available.
• They kept turning off the air conditioner in the middle of day.

“Since they kept turning off the air conditioner (even after I talked to someone at the desk), I returned to a hot room. It took over one hour for it to cool off. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. The chairs were softer.”

• The a/c was working!
• The bed was a little hard to sleep on.

“Overall, the hotel was nicely located next to a restaurant that had great prices to eat at. And it was close to downtown Escondido.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Very dirty, plumbing problems, gross.

“If you want to keep your credibility with the consumer I would suggest you take them off your list of Hotels. Just for information we booked 10 rooms at Howard Johnson all in the same condition.”
