• Location, views, lobby decor, bedding.
• Executive room did not feel executive.

“Nice, quaint hotel that delivers if you want to get away and relax. The upper floors of hotel offer excellent views overlooking water feature and city. Executive rooms don't differentiate too much from standard room except for a couple of feet in length.”

• Enjoyed the continental breakfast.
• Gave us a handicap room with one bed even though the 3 of us checked in. Finally got a better room.

“Liked the hotel's location and the size was not enormous. Good location to beaches and shopping. However, desk staff could have been more friendly.”

• Spacious and a great atmosphere.
• There was no restaurant in the hotel; therefore there was no room service.

“I enjoyed my stay. The view to the lake/pool was pleasant and relaxing. The staff was courteous and accommodating. There were no movies available to purchase (as you would often find new releases available), instead there was only regular cable. The ambiance however was very relaxing and comfortable. The one thing I missed most was room service.”

• Very good location. Large rooms.
• How to catch a leprechaun facilities were way smaller than average. Not a lot of available chairs-.

“The hotel was nice. The public spaces were much smaller than anticipated. (I.e. Pool, lobby, and bar) the pool area is tiny and not conducive to families or small children. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. The rooms were a very nice size.”

• Very clean/best continental breakfast.
• Exercise facilities had poor equipment.

“We liked that it was walking distance to many things, nice pool clean throughout and rooms are comfortable. They could really use some updated equipment in their exercise room.”

• Nice decor, flat screen TV, gym, continental breakfast.
• Loved it.

“Clean and comfortable, beautiful room on the ground floor near gym and lobby, with gated patio for easy access to the pool. Great hotel, great deal. ”

• Loved the LCD TVs and the continental breakfast.
• Shower head too low for an average sized man.

“Beautiful hotel. Great price. Only a two minute drives from the beach. Friendly staff was helpful in giving me directions. Great free breakfast also. I would definitely stay here again.”

• I loved how peaceful the hotel environment was.
• The pool was a little too warm.

• This was a fabulous hotel, convenient to main Naples areas, clean and the breakfast was fantastic.
• Their hotel room types are very vague. I would probably opt for the lower priced room next time.

“My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pelican Bay Inn. The hotel was a quick drive from the beach and close to other Naples attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. They had Belgian waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt and a variety of other things to offer. It was a great way to start our day. Our room was very spacious with a great view. The mini fridge in the room was very helpful. My family and I look forward to returning to this hotel soon.”

• Room, location, romantic, clean wonderful experience. loved it !it was a great deal thanks.
• It was all wonderful , loved it all. the breakfast was great.

“It was perfect for romance, business, and for families. Although it is in a city location, it is so secluded that you think you're in a tropical paradise. The pool was great and the beach just a short walk away was also wonderful. If you want to drive to the beach there is a parking ramp so that is no problem. The movie theater is a short walk as are many restaurants and shopping. It was so relaxing and the service was superb, we loved the microwave mini fridge and the HD large screen TV. We highly recommend the Inn at PELICAN BAY.”

• Everything. The rooms, the location the staff all first rate!
• The elevator was too slow and spa could be warmer, neither of which was a huge problem.

“Excellent continental breakfast, attentive and courteous staff, beautifully appointed rooms, heated pool, great location. Very close to beach.”

• No service very short staffed.

“25minutes to get answer on phone (comment was 'Sorry we're short staffed) no response from housekeeping. When I went for complimentary breakfast it was packed and had no dishes and virtually no food! Great looking place nice location with beautiful rooms.”

• Air conditioning was poor in 3 different rooms.

“It's a beautiful and clean hotel with a friendly staff. However, the A/C units seem to be undersized for the rooms. My wife and I stayed 3 nights and moved to 3 different rooms because the A/C wouldn't cool the rooms down. Even the one we ended up in was still weak. I don't know if being on the top floor had something to do with it.”

“I loved the hotel, the balcony was very nice and had plenty of room to sit down to enjoy the view of the water behind the hotel. The staff was very nice from the time we got there to the time we left. Will stay again and recommend it to all my friends.”

• Beautiful room decor, comfortable bed, cleanliness, lovely continental breakfast.
• There was nothing we didn't like.

“On arrival the woman at the front desk was friendly, and helpful. The room decor is attractive, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the bedding was soft and pleasant to sleep with. The balcony was an added feature, and we had a beautiful view of the pool. The continental breakfast was delicious, and Suggestions of restaurants, and beaches were readily given with maps provided. All in all we would definitely come back again. The Markovitz's”

• Did not give us a balcony as promised and paid for.

• Very quiet, clean, close to the main road ways and close to the beach.
• Small swimming pool.

“This was a very quaint, and nice place to stay. It would be a bit boring for someone expecting the resort atmosphere with the big pool area, but a perfect place for a quiet and restful vacation. The hotel is clean, the beds comfortable, and the people are friendly. It is close to the main roadways and walking distance from the beach.”
