• Condo style accommodations saved us greatly for breakfasts and late night snacks.
• No patio furniture.

“Excellent if somewhat shabby accommodations. Good place for a family going to Miami for a few days.”

• They gave me my money back.
• They did not make the reservations for the correct date.

“We did not end up going, so when I called the hotel to cancelled they said our reservation was the month before. They have also charged my credit card for being a no show.”

• Location to the nightlife.
• Spots on the carpet; charges for just about everything including parking.

“This hotel is in a central location for one to do pretty much of anything. the staff was friendly and accommodating. for the price I probably would stay there again.”

• Mold given out of service room, no help from manager.

“We checked in and was told how to use the security sob. we were given a out of service room that had such a strong bleach smell in the living area that it burned your eyes. in the bedroom there was a large area of mold in the corner. the bath tub looked like my sons dorm bathtub at the end of the semester I let the manager know that we were in Miami to have testing done for my daughter. the doctors did not know what is causing her illness. so I could not stay in the room they gave us. they offered no help and no assistance they did not have another room for us. they also said that if I did not want to stay there we would have to checkout before 12am or be charged for the room. they did not even look for a phone book when I asked if I could look numbers up for another room. DO NOT STAY HERE”
