• Great value for a 2 room suite!
• Found small shards of glass in the bathroom.

“Our room went way above what we expected. Every room has a beautiful view with a balcony and two have both a bedroom and a living room with wet bar in the room was extremely nice and convenient. Almost like a condo.”

• Beachfront view and access.
• Called and was promised 10'th floor-received 5'th.

“Heard about newer rooms and special Space center tickets afterward.”

• Close proximity to the beach. All rooms have balcony views and look down upon the beach and surf. The view was spectacular.
• Restaurant facility was not overly impressive.

“Great location and proximity to the beach. The rooms are spacious and have great accommodations for families, couples or travelers. Restaurant at the hotel was not impressive. However, there are many quality restaurants located very close to the hotel. Recommended.”

• 2 TV's good bed, loved the beach and balcony.
• When I had them clean the room, tile floors, they swept but it really needed mopping.

“Hotel was fine except the cost of food and the shrimp we ordered was terrible, was like rubber, way over-cooked, we should have sent it back but were to tired from the trip.”

• It had nice rooms with an ocean view.
• The restaurant was small and was closed a lot.

“The room, comfort, and view were fantastic. The hotel was beautiful right on the Atlantic Ocean. The only negative I have is the restaurant. Every time I walked by the restaurant, it was closed or almost empty. They advertised a breakfast buffet, and did not have one.”

• The view from the balcony.
• Sheets had not been changed, found hair and plates sat out side all day.

“I ordered a 6 pack of beer to my room and wasnt informed ahead of time that it was $26.00. When I went to the breakfast buffet in the morning, I wanted to take it back to my room and there were no containers for that. What was most disturbing was that upon arriving to the room I pulled the sheets back on the bed and there were several dark hairs on the sheets, I asked the nice man who brought my champagne to call someone and he did but it was several hours later before it was taken care of.”

• Ocean view, close to highways and restaurants.
• Do not have efficiency kitchens, only microwave, small fridge and coffee maker, no dishes, nothing that would account for it being an efficient kitchen.

“We had to change room 3 times. Many workmen wandering the hotel. Did not make my daughter feel safe to get on the elevators by herself, the first room we were in looked like a 1 star hotel in the bathroom, peeling paint, moldy wood work. The next room was better, but at 10pm at night we had to move again, because the sofa was not a sleeper. The TV in the master bedroom was so small you would have to be 25 to maybe see it, but we didn't use it, it was too hard to see. Beach towels were just small white towels, too small to use, luckily I brought my own.”
